AFTER SALES👉NON-EXISTANT First off, the sales portion of the purchase was okay, but definitely been better in the past with Flemington. Salesman was very good as far as customer service. No complaints here. It appears to me the dealership is understaffed and no one seems to really care about their duties and responsibilities. Lackluster and inexperienced finance department and after sales is the worst I have ever seen. To get an operator on the phone for general questions is non-existent. Let me give a few examples. 👉Preparation of the vehicle was sub-par consisting of a wash only. Was a bit surprised because other dealers at least put a glaze, or a detail spray on the car 👉Emails regarding questions of an extended service plan and recalls on the 2022 Bronco Sport went unanswered 👉Finance Department has no one assigned. Don’t believe me…go on the website 👉Finance Department employees do not return calls 👉Paperwork misplaced and lost. Dealership had to resend missing documents to me for signature 👉Registration paperwork was not prepared nor was it sent to me on time. It took the dealer well over 30 days to process a registration. I had to call and leave messages numerous times to get this completed. They had no clue my paperwork was misplaced til I called them. 👉Calls and emails to the finance department, general manager went unanswered. 👉I felt the finance process was rushed 👉Emails to get my rewards points buying a blue certified vehicle went unanswered This dealership certainly has changed under the new owners. I cannot and will not recommend them anymore to friends and family as I did in the past. There are many other choices for new and used vehicles in NJ. More
The worse dealer I have ever dealt with, their so call costumer service is anything but that, they never pickup the phone, there is no follow up courtesy calls. In my case i call the dealer 12 times in one day with no answer. I even spoke to the general manager at one point, same treatment no difference. The only good thing they have going is that they will pickup your vehicle from you house if need to, but other then that not worth the time and the headache. More
You cannot trust this dealership. They are unethical and dishonest. I traded a vehicle I had purchased from them to another dealer. I contacted them several times to cancel the extended warranty I purchased through them. Never got a return call. Finally after numerous attempts Mr Lawson answered the phone. I provided him with all the documentation he requested while on the phone and he said he had everything he needed. 2 1/2 weeks went by and I heard nothing so I followed up. No response from the dealership. 2 months later I spoke with someone in the corporate ford offices and explained the situation. They contacted the dealership and I finally received a email from Mr Lawson asking me to sign a doywhich I returned immediately. I asked when I could expect my refund. Again no response. I contacted the general manager and asked for a response. He never contacted me. Corporate ford contacted me and told me I could expect my refund in two weeks then Mr Lawson responded with the same information. Had corporate ford not gotten involved I would never have received any refund (still waiting after 2months). They are a unethical dishonest dealership. I will never deal with ciocca dealership again. I’m sure this was not an isolated incident. Buyer beware!!! Not trustworthy More
Absolutely the Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced – Stay Far Away I recently brought my 2024 Ford F-150 to Ciocca Ford of Flemington after the A/C completely stopped working during one Experienced – Stay Far Away I recently brought my 2024 Ford F-150 to Ciocca Ford of Flemington after the A/C completely stopped working during one of the hottest weeks of the year. The truck is less than a year old, has only 11,000 miles, and is a $75,000+ business vehicle I rely on daily. I understood they were busy and waited over a week for my appointment on Friday, July 25th. When I dropped it off, I was told it would only take 4–5 hours to fix. I planned my day and my business operations around that. But four hours passed. Five hours. No updates. Finally, right before closing, I get a call saying the blower motor (yes, in a nearly brand-new truck) is broken and needs to be replaced. I get it — parts fail. But that’s where the excuses stopped making sense and the poor service really began: • I was told the part would arrive Tuesday, July 29th. • I received no updates whatsoever on Tuesday — nothing to confirm whether the part had arrived, whether the work had begun, or whether there was another delay. • I called repeatedly, left messages, and no one in service picked up or called back. I even had to call the sales department just to get a live human on the phone. • No loaner was offered because this is a Ford. Had I brought in a Lincoln, I would have been eligible to have a loaner. Finally, on Wednesday, I got a call that the truck is ready. When I go to pick it up, I simply ask what exactly was repaired, what the issue was, and the response I get is, “I have no idea.” This isn’t just bad service — it’s completely unacceptable. For a dealership that sells and services high-end trucks like the F-150, the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy is astonishing. If you’re considering purchasing or servicing a vehicle here, don’t. Go to any other Ford dealership where you’ll get updates, support, and common respect. Ciocca Ford of Flemington has lost me as a customer for life. More

Fourteen years ago I bought a Mustang from Flemington Car and Truck Country. (Now Ciocca) Mark sold and me that pony in 2011. He also just sold me a 2024 Mustang.
