Jesse Robles of the Service Department was very friendly throughout, and highly efficient. He had lots if knowledge about my car and what service I wanted, and gave his insight into the matter. We discussed the parts needed and the total cost in advance. The shop did the work in the timeline needed and there were no surprise costs. They additionally examined the car for other possible future problems. I recommend Lia Honda Service Dept and commend Jesse Robles for his knowledge of the Honda car I brought in.

I stopped by Honda of Stamford just to take a look at the cars and ended up driving home in a new 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Touring sedan! I worked with Marlon, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything about the car. The test drive went well, the negotiation was fair, and all the details of the purchase and financing were clearly explained. What I especially appreciated was that once we agreed on the price and conditions, that was exactly what I got. Not a penny was added on top. It was already late in the evening, so they completed the registration and some paperwork the next day, but I was still able to drive my new car home that same evening. One small detail says a lot about the service. When I moved my things from my old car, I took my E-ZPass transponder with me and was thinking that I would need to order new tape to mount it in the new car. The next morning, I couldn't find it anywhere. I searched the car, clearly remembering that I had taken it with me. Then I finally noticed it on the windshield. Marlon had already mounted it for me! Very satisfied with both the car and the whole buying experience. Marlon and the entire staff were friendly and professional. Thumbs up for Honda of Stamford!

I was given incorrect info when I called for service. I have a low mileage 2024 CRV and was told I could get an oil change and tire rotation free. After I arrived I was told that I’ve owned my car more than 2 years. There was only 7,500 miles on the car.

No Stars! I purchased a 2024 Honda Ridgeline from Friendly Honda and added the $854 lighted running boards, which were rolled into my financing and covered by an extended warranty. Within two months, the driver-side light failed. This has now happened five separate times in less than a year. After being patient through five repair attempts, I asked Manager Michael Glynn to simply remove the defective product and provide a refund or credit toward a different style of running board. Instead of standing behind what they sold me, I was told to file a claim with Honda Corporate. Honda Corporate then claimed the part was out of warranty. For a dealership with "Friendly" in the name, they showed zero interest in customer retention or basic fairness. I am now stuck paying for a defective product that hasn't worked for more than two months at a time.
