Horrible experience here. I was in the market for a certified used or brand new CRV. The salesman did not even ask my parents or I if we wanted to test drive the car. He also gave false information about the CRV itself. Since I did not call him back the day before, the dealer looked at me and goes "Since you didn't call me back I deleted your number!" That put a bad taste in my mouth immediately. Do not waste your time going here, go to Cardinal Honda where you will receive more professionalism. More

He was very patient and knowledgeable and he did his best to make sure that I found the car that I wanted, not just the car that he wanted to sell to me. In the end, after I changed my mind several times, he found the car that was a perfect fit for me. Manny (new car sales manager) and Danny (finance) were also very helpful because they gave me correct information, did not try to push me in one direction or another, and were just honest with me.
