Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

From the second you walk in, you can tell this dealership strives to create a positive experience for their customers. Jesse Moss from the sales team was incredible. Very approachable, knowlegable & professional. There were no high pressure sale tactics at all from him. He provides you all the information you are looking for so you can make an informed decision. I absolutely love my new Forester Hybrid. Besides thanking Jesse, I also wanted to give a massive thank you to Regina from the "Love Encore" program. After I drove the car for about a month, she reached out to schedule time with me to go through in person literally all the features of the car. I learned so much from her. She is amazing!

After an awful experience at 46 Nissan in NJ where I fell completely in love with a car that they would not let me drive away without a $5,000 warranty, I found the same car at Colonial Subaru. Fred made everything easy. There were no games, Fred made himself completely available to me via phone, and it was an easy breezy experience. Everything was handled and taken care of within 24 hours, mostly via computer/phone -- literally so easy. I love my car and would recommend Fred at Colonial to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience!

I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
