My 7:30am oil change and tire rotation appointment took over 5 hours to complete when I was told it would be an hour and a half. I told the service provider that I would need to pick up the car shortly aft over 5 hours to complete when I was told it would be an hour and a half. I told the service provider that I would need to pick up the car shortly after noon in order to get back to work and he said it should be done by then. I received no updates or calls back when I was trying to check the status. When I arrived at the dealership at 12:15, the service provider said the car was not done. It is unclear to me why an early morning, relatively short appointment, was not finished by the time I needed to pick up my car. More
