Just picked up my new Grand Highlander, and the experience was so easy from start to finish. Phil Le from sales was fabulous. All of his positive reviews are true; he kept me updated throughout, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy. My husband and I keep coming back here. This is our 4th car from Tufankjian, and we live much closer to another dealership, but we find everyone here to be so helpful and knowledgeable. We also worked with Arthur from finance, and he was a gentleman and never tried to oversell or push products on us. Carlos Ortega made sure that we were well taken care of. It was great to see David and Greg they went out if their way to say hello. This family owned dealership is worth the drive.

Went in today for a warranty-covered repair and the lovely guy that had to hunt down my car searched in vain for 15 min bc I called my gray car silver and neglected to mention my key fob battery was dead. Instead of getting justifiably annoyed w me he took my fob back inside n replaced the battery for free:) Thank you again!!

I was looking to sell my car and so first I tried to get an initial estimate through Kelly Blue Book. After I got my quote for $4500, I was contacted by Greico Toyota saying they would like to buy my car and think they could offer me 20% more. So I sent them pictures of my car and didn't hide the condition at all (including a battery light on the dash). They said the car looked great and that I should still drive over. They looked at the car for 5 minutes and say "$2500 is the highest we can give you." So they lied about the 20% extra over the $4500 quote. Private parties and dealerships are selling my same car, with the same mileage, for $8,000-13,000. But since my car needed an alternator replacement, I was going to sell it for $6000. Greico Toyota lied to me, wasted my time, and gave me a low ball offer. Don't bother selling to them, they won't give you what it's worth.
