Update: After my original review, the dealership encouraged me to reconnect and gave the impression they wanted the opportunity to address and resolve the situation, which I did in good faith. Un encouraged me to reconnect and gave the impression they wanted the opportunity to address and resolve the situation, which I did in good faith. Unfortunately, that follow-up did not result in any meaningful effort to rectify the concerns that were raised. In addition, I have not received any direct outreach from the individual involved to acknowledge the experience. Based on this, my original assessment remains unchanged. More

I would like to say thank you to Feliberto(salesman) and Ella (Finance) for making the process very welcoming and streamlined. I never felt pushed or rushed. They had a great price on my vehicle and even gave me top dollar for my trade in which was also a BMW. (I did my research beforehand on price and finance rate as I am an experienced buyer ) I look forward to possibly sending my other loved ones to them for future purchases. More
BUYER BEWARE: Life-Threatening Safety Defects & Deceptive Sales Tactics Serious Safety Hazards (2024 Prius Limited AWD): "As a 65-year-old with a lifetime of experience with many car brands, I am appalled Sales Tactics Serious Safety Hazards (2024 Prius Limited AWD): "As a 65-year-old with a lifetime of experience with many car brands, I am appalled by the engineering of the 2024 Prius Limited AWD. It is currently under a critical NHTSA Recall (24V274) because the rear doors can fly open while driving—a life-threatening defect with no current fix. Furthermore, the car has dangerous visibility issues: the thick front pillars create massive blind spots at intersections, and the omission of a rear windshield wiper makes driving in rain or bad weather a vision hazard. To top it off, the 12V battery is so unreliable that if the car sits for just 48 hours, it requires a jump-start." Deceptive Pricing & "Favor" Tactics: "When I attempted to find an alternative, the Corolla Hatchback offered to me was a 'plastic piece of garbage' with deafening cabin noise. After doing my research, I found two other local dealerships that quoted me $240 LESS per month for the exact same car. Management at Grieco Toyota had the audacity to claim their inflated price—essentially an $8,600 markup—was a 'favor' to help me out of my Prius lease." Management Misconduct (Kevin Coady & Coordinated Tactics): "The Sales Manager, Kevin Coady, used blatant bait-and-switch tactics. He promised a 100% lease buyout to get me into the store, then backtracked by $1,400 once I was there. He lacked the professional respect to speak with me in person, forcing my salesperson, Eddie Laureano, to text me an apology for his manager's behavior. Worse, it appears Kevin coordinated with Grieco Honda in Johnston to 'cap' their trade-in offer before I even arrived, preventing me from getting a fair deal elsewhere." Final Verdict: "The service staff at East Providence is rude and disrespectful beyond belief. Between the dangerous vehicle defects and the unethical management, I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. Ultimately, I went with an outside company that honored the true value of my car—proving the 'market price' Grieco offered was a total fabrication. Do not trust this dealership." More

Fool me once, fool me twice. Went back after a so-so first experience and it was even worse. I went to the dealership today, 4/4, for front brakes and rotors. As part of this, Went back after a so-so first experience and it was even worse. I went to the dealership today, 4/4, for front brakes and rotors. As part of this, they claimed I "needed" a brake flush. I stated to them I had already had this done in December at another Toyota dealership. They claimed to have no access to verify this, yet both times I've been there, I've been harassed by their sales department about how I've done such a good job maintaining and servicing my vehicle, and wanting me to trade it in and get an above-value offer. Anyway, they went on to say that there was no way it could have been done in December. Of course, they weren't willing to put that in writing or testify to that. So either they lied to me, or the dealership that did in December lied to me. Either way, I got stuck paying for a brake flush twice in the span of 5 months. How does the sales department have access to my service history but not the service department? Unless the sales department is lying to people and just telling everyone they do a good job maintaining their vehicle. And why is the sales department calling me when I'm sitting right in the waiting room? Just come and talk to me if you're going to do it. Not that they should've even been contacting me to begin with, since I never gave any indication I was interested in a new vehicle. Either way, my confidence in Toyota is at rock bottom. More
I was looking to sell my car and so first I tried to get an initial estimate through Kelly Blue Book. After I got my quote for $4500, I was contacted by Greico Toyota saying they would like to buy my car an an initial estimate through Kelly Blue Book. After I got my quote for $4500, I was contacted by Greico Toyota saying they would like to buy my car and think they could offer me 20% more. So I sent them pictures of my car and didn't hide the condition at all (including a battery light on the dash). They said the car looked great and that I should still drive over. They looked at the car for 5 minutes and say "$2500 is the highest we can give you." So they lied about the 20% extra over the $4500 quote. Private parties and dealerships are selling my same car, with the same mileage, for $8,000-13,000. But since my car needed an alternator replacement, I was going to sell it for $6000. Greico Toyota lied to me, wasted my time, and gave me a low ball offer. Don't bother selling to them, they won't give you what it's worth. More
