We just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this dealership. From the time that we pulled into the lot to driving off with the Jeep. First Julio (the salesman) greeted us and was fantastic. There was NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES HERE. He found us EXACTLY what we were looking for. Then came the negotiations. The Sales Manager again was spot on with the offer and NO PRESSURE. Finally, our experience with Ashley (Finance) the paper work was a breeze and she was VERY pleasant and extremely organized. Might I add that the cashier was also very upbeat and a pleasure to deal with. We have been buying cars for over 40 years and this was HANDS DOWN THE EASIEST, NON STRESSFUL, BEST EXPERIENCE we have EVER had.

Previously I purchased Fords from a dealership in NH. Two guys that I work with had purchased from Patrick Mazda and were happy with them. I looked at the website and went by. The sales person was very happy & polite, no pressure. Let me drive different cars. It was a very easy process from beginning to end. I went back to get the sticker & registration and Justin greeted me like he was my best friend and had not seen me in two weeks. That is so refreshing! The service department said it would be a bit for the sticker but I was out in 20 minutes. Absolutely the best car buying experience ever. Would highly recommend them. This website doesn't include Mazda and made me pick something. I purchased a Mazda CX-30.

Service always takes forever no matter what is getting done... even something as simple as an oil change takes over an hour. Everytime my car is in for a service something goes wrong... tech drops a part, they forget to put something back. In the last three visits I have accumulated 7 free oil changes as a sorry.

This dealership has poor customer service. The sales person we dealt with seemed disorganized and confused. Calling us at home stating the car was ready for us. We went to the dealership to pick it up, low and behold us was not. He also forgot to ask for the title of our trade in, therefore another trip back to the dealership. The finance person Mackenzie when we said we were not interested in the extended warranty, got very combative, aggressive and just plain nasty. This to the point I almost cancelled the deal. I will not buy my next car from this dealership.

Check your loan docs! After leaving with a new car and years later I reviewed my docs online with lender and they don’t match! They electronically signed my name. My original was hand signed. Now I have to arbitrate with lender because fraudulent documents were submitted without my knowledge and I owe thousands more than my purchase agreement has on it. Liars!! Again check your original documents against the lenders!

I got a great financing deal with warranty, they fully prepped the truck including inspecting the vehicle, then delivered it to my shop the next day. I’ve been buying Fords for the last 10 years, but unfortunately the dealership I’ve been using has gone downhill. I got5 new 2021 ford vans this year, two of which had defective parts, I had to wait 3 months for a e brake cable that was defective. I will 100% be shopping with Baker the next time I have a need

A majority of vehicles they sell come from Canada. This voids any factory warranty you think you may have on late model low mileage vehicle you buy. As an example if you buy a 2018 car with 16000 miles and it normally has a 3yr/36k factory bumper to bumper warranty and 5yr/60k powertrain warranty they are VOID if the car comes from Canada.

Took him 20 to 25 minutes to find the car I wanted. He said I needed 550 for a downpayment which meant 2 months payment up front. Terrible place, stay away

Well they used the oldest trick on the books, their trucks are owned by dealer down street that does inspection, and repairs writes up bills to show customer and says they spent a lot of money on getting it in shape , they actually go up in prices to justify their jacked up bills, lol example 1000 dollars for a rear bumper installed when the actual cost was approx 200 bucks, along with their own mechanic applying a state inspection sticker, stay away from them and their sideshow coffy .

My experience buying my Honda Pilot from Ron Bouchard was so bad, it was almost funny. I am astounded these people are still in business! While Ron Bouchard is located close to me, when I recently bought a 2017 Honda Pilot (Touring) I did not even consider buying it from these people. I drove several more miles to another dealership, who I am very happy with. Ron Bouchard -- after getting my money, they messed up at virtually every turn, from "not bothering" to even check off items (let alone doing the things listed) for the "Certified Pre-Owned" process (the head of maintenance told his guys to "not bother, since it was already sold") to the finance guy who "forgot" about about the deposit I had left to ... you get the idea. When I called the manager (Mr. Knight) he told me "We are DONE with you!" (His tone was harsh enough, that for a moment, I wondered if I needed to get a restraining order against this guy.) My salesman, who, before the sale was done bragged about how he was "a big dog" in this organization and that if I needed anything, he would take care of me, became a whimpering little Chihuahua, saying how there was nothing he could do, he was just a low guy on the totem pole. When I finally had had enough, I called to talk to Mr. Bouchard himself, only to be told he was on vacation and would not be available for four months! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Most lazy and incompetent car salesman I've ever met. Any time I asked a question, I couldn't get a straight answer, whoever I asked had to stop and call or ask another person the next day or never got an answer at all. They also are not willing to negotiate pricing what so ever, and when you do buy a vehicle they're too cheap to even fill the gas tank even a 1/4 of a tank. I received my truck with the fuel indicator on Empty. Stay away! I will never give these scheisters business ever again!
