I have never been treated as good as I was treated at Winona Dahl Chevrolet in my entire life, while buying a new vehicle at any other dealership! In fact; it is the only reason I bought my car in this location. The minute I went in with my inquiry-the customer service was Outstanding, Respectful, and just over all -TOP OF THE LINE!!! All the staff members that I came into contact with had exceptional communication skills that included a high level of knowledge regarding the vehicle that I was interested in buying. Not only did they go out of their way in making sure I was satisfied from the first test drive all the way to signing my financial contract, but they made me feel like I was family- allowing me to feel at ease as purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful! Every time I get behind the wheel of my new 2025 Chevy Equinox I will remember this great experience, and because of this I will more than likely go back to Dahl Chevrolet to buy my next vehicle in the future as well as encourage others who are in need of a new vehicle to come to Dahl and experience the same unbelievable treatment!

Misrepresented the condition of a used vehicle. - GrandSlambert

I purchased a used truck from them that was advertised as in "Excellent" condition. Since purchasing the truck in November I have spent $1,300 repairing leaks in the oil, coolant, and power steering systems. I had to entirely replace the high pressure lines that had obviously been leaking while on the lot. Now I have a $1,400 estimate to fix the air conditioning - a system I was told by the salesman was working even though it's obvious the system was leaking when they sold it to me. I have contacted the dealer with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless they provide a warranty. I was not provided one and not given any option to buy an extended warranty. They knew this truck was in poor condition and lied about it to get it off the lot.

They failed to detect a failing transmission - Rocky

Bought a new GMC pickup which managed to have some drivetrain problems at 60K. Their Service dept did not find anything. Then just past the 70K warranty mark the transmission failed and had to be serviced by another dealer at full price.
