I bought my car from Mr Escareno months ago and I love it. Came in for service and I was taken care of by Lynn checked me in without and appointed and even accepted a coupon I had. Basic service is always good when you get in and out quickly and so I was happy to be finished in time to get some McDonald's as I left. I didn't realize that I was taken care of by the service manager Lynn, she is so customer friendly, not like some places you go and you have to be friends of the owner to get service. I'm sticking with Lynn and her mechanics. Thanks again Great place. Buy your next car here and see Lynn in service.

These people are thieves! Tried to jack up the price with fake fees that add $9k to the price. The sales manager is rude and disrespectful. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before we went in because this horrific customer service seems to be the norm. Reached out to owner Ryan Rohrman thinking he might care about the reputation of his family business but based upon g the reviews it seems this lack of business ethics is the norm.
