While our team listens to your concerns and considers your diagnosis observations, it is our policy (as is Nissan's) that we fully examine and diagnose the vehicle to clearly define causation. Much like a doctor's office, we have to isolate the cause of the issue and rule out any additional items. we have shared your concers with Diego (our service manager), whom I believe you have met in the past. Si bien nuestro equipo escucha sus inquietudes y considera sus observaciones sobre el diagnóstico, nuestra política (al igual que la de Nissan) es examinar y diagnosticar completamente el vehículo para determinar claramente la causa. Al igual que en el consultorio de un médico, debemos aislar la causa del problema y descartar cualquier otro factor.
