Feel you were very unethical in your dealing with my son on the sale of this car! 1. Your advertised price was false.., you added almost $1,900.00 of automatic dealer add-on to the car that was not shown o on the sale of this car! 1. Your advertised price was false.., you added almost $1,900.00 of automatic dealer add-on to the car that was not shown on your webpage advertisement and you refused to take them off the car, either but them or don't purchase the car. 2. The loan for this care was to be in my son's name and not mine as the primary buyer, I was to be a co-signer only! No one ask me or informed me nor ask my permission to but me as the primary buyer. You had my son between a rock and a hard place so to speak, he needed a care now and you took full advantage of him You refused to disclose the buy rate from Ally the financial com, so I am sure you made a very good profit on the back end of this deal! You wanted $4,700 for a 36month 36,000 mile warranty, why out of line. Your cos ton the warranty would have been around $1,200.000 or so. Outrageous! Now the trade in, I understand there was a problem with the Kia, that he traded in, even with the condition that it was in your $600.00 was an embarrassing amount your gave him for a car that had just has over $6,000.00 new parts on it.
