My experience with Masters GMC Buick service department was not positive experience. I made an appointment for 4-21-2025 just but my 2024 GMC truck however had other ideas I went out to start my truck and the dashboard and radio went crazy. The truck would not start it was dead. Had it towed to Masters I was given Bo as my service advisor. Came in with a very dismissive attitude gave me an envelope told me to fill it out instead of just pulling up the workorder that had already been made up. This did not sit well with me but maybe this is how they do things. Then they call me and told me that my truck was ready. I ask what all they do? she told me and when I asked about the battery, she could not tell me. I asked to have the service manager to give me a call. The I got a call from Bo, he gave me a run down I once again asked about the battery he told me that all he got was envelope with my information. I had to remind him that I stood Infront of him so did the tow truck driver and I explained I had an appointment for Tuesday but that the truck died this morning. The tow truck drive also told him the truck had died but finally got it to start. If Mr. Bo would not have been so dismissive in his attitude and took the time to pull up the work order and updated maybe they wouldn’t have missed anything. So, I reached out to Service Operations Director (Phillip Towns) now I understand the dismissive attitude, basically what I took away from Mr. Towns if you don’t but your truck from Masters then you only get second class service. He told me to take my truck to the dealer I bought it from. What because it is the same distance. Well, its not Masters is three miles from me and Gerold Jones GMC is 24 miles. So, from now on I will drive the twenty-four miles then be treated as a second-class person. And I encourage all my military family here in the Augusta area take that drive to Gerold Jones for service and to buy they will treat you with respect and as if you have always been a customer.
