I went online to schedule a test drive on a used Buick encore in Columbus, GA. The call center contacted me and setup an appointment for me to view it that afternoon. I was contacted by a salesman letting encore in Columbus, GA. The call center contacted me and setup an appointment for me to view it that afternoon. I was contacted by a salesman letting me know that he would be helping me. I got to the dealership (an hour from my house) only to find out the car I was interested in was in an overflow lot, not in Columbus, but in Tampa. I ended up getting an exceptional deal on an almost new (15,500 miles) car as a result. The staff was very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
