This dealership went above and beyond my expectations. My husband and I got the deal we wanted over the phone in under 2 hours. Chris Daniel was the easiest salesman I have ever worked with. He was honest and transparent the whole way through. I never felt pressured by him. We drove 4 hours to pick up our truck from this dealership and they are just as great in person as they were on the phone. I would recommend this place to anybody.

This dealership was dishonest. I drove 2.5 hours to purchase a car. Yes this review mean that my vehicle buying did not happen. They made up a lie about my credit it was totally false because I was already approved through GM for financing. They caused me to waste time and money. This should be considered fraud. Buyers be careful.

One truck hotshot operator out of Birmingham. This past Tuesday headed north on I-75 about 40 miles south of Perry, GA my new 3500 dashboard lit up and slowed the truck to 62 mph. I called a dealer closer to me at the time and service dept told me because of holiday weekend I could come by but it would be the following week before they could take a look at it. I was pulling a 40 ft trailer with 4 deliveries to make the next day. Found Hamby Chevrolet online and decided to limp to their location. Park out front about 4:15 and go to the service department manager’s office. He was immediately on it. He instructed that we are up against the clock, to pull on to the grassy area in front of the dealership, drop the trailer and bring him the truck asap. I did and into the service area he went with my truck. Determined I was having electrical feedback from either my electronic log or electric trailer brake system. Reset my truck electronics, suggested I get those 2 sources checked when I got back home and had me out the front gate before 5:00. Words escape me to adequately express my gratitude!! I make my living with this truck and being out of commission with a load on my trailer for a week would have severe consequences for me. Next time I need a truck, Hamby gets my business!! I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle. The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.

Purchased 2014 Buick lacrosse that I veiwed on line. Traded my 2013 Avalon and was able to negotiate all the details thru email and saved a lot of time prior to arriving at the dealership. New car was all as discussed and trade in value was at a fair market value wholesale. Great experience of an on line purchase. Dealer was located 100 miles from home and worth the trip.
