Over 90% of this was due to our salesperson Kyle Prell (the other 10% was the no hassle finance department). He was extremely honest and helped us find exactly what we want. Our salesman at Lokey VW was Alessio. He's a really good guy. He didn't pressure us (which was NOT the case with other cars we'd looked at from other dealerships). He's really informative and knows his stuff. He definitely doesn't fit the stereotypical "car salesman" vibe. He really made the whole buying process smooth and hassle-free. We're very happy that we chose Lokey VW because it was just a much better experience than we anticipated. We'd absolutely recommend Lokey (and especially Alessio) to anyone looking to buy a car. PS...we bought a Volkswagen Taos and it's beautiful. Really easy to drive (even for nervous drivers, like me), comfortable, very roomy and has great gas mileage!
