If you are car shopping then Eduardo is your guy. Not only is he thorough and well versed in car lingo but is honest and open about potential issues whenever there are. He is a very warm individual and a great conversationalist. Post purchase, my car was washed and cleaned and I even returned for detailing —on them. The owner, even offered me a loaner so I didn’t have to wait, which I declined. Overall an awesome car shopping experience.

Remington was very helpful in getting all the information I wanted for the car I was looking at. Q Ali the finance manager also was no preasure. yet explained things very well. I am the one who hates buying cars with extra add-ons and dealing with car salesman. Non-commissioned staff, could be the reason why I was not lied to, by the sales and finance department. It makes sense how Q earned those well deserved awards being honest and transparent and actively listening to our needs. And Remington is one the best car sales person I've had pleasure of dealing with. My experience at Klein Honda in Everett location was very good and I would return. 5/5 stars.

I brought my Chevy Bolt in for service and picked (tire rotation and general maintenance. I started on my way home and a check car light came on. I called and they squeezed in a quick check the same day. Diagnostic said the AC was failing. They couldn’t service until after the weekend, but were able to get the job done a few days later. All good as new. The work was under warranty so no charge and they came and picked me up from my home!
