What a wonderful car buying experience! We talked to multiple dealerships, but no one had the service and attention to detail that we found with Michael at Doug's. He spent time learning what was and wasn't important to us in a car, asking and answering a ton of questions. He then made sure to keep us in our budget. I never felt rushed or that someone was trying to upsell me. We left with a deal that we feel good about. Go see Michael if you want great service.

So much trouble getting an issue fixed. You pay for service upfront, yet they never schedule you for service. When you come in, you keep returning for same issue. Sometimes they won't call you back - yet you're reporting an issue that they claim they just worked on! Sometimes they make you pay your own uber - yet should be covered.

I have bought two new cars at Korum Hyundai. Salesman Dean was great but the service desk is the worst of the worst. I currently have a Tucson with a failed drivers seat tilt power button. It is currently stuck in the full forward position and undrivable. When we brought the car down there today to see when they could get it in they said they were 30 to 60 days out due to all of the current Hyundai recall and/or theft issues. The service tech showed no care, told us he couldn't even look at the seat. I purchased an extended warranty for this vehicle and can't use it either unless I want to wait a month or two to get it in. I am forced to take it elsewhere as we need the vehicle ASAP. I will never again buy a car from Korum of Puyallup due this type of service care.

I shopped for a car two weeks straight. I drove the palisade at 3 different dealerships. I drove 4 other third seat suv’s. I came back to Titus Will to purchase and It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Came in to see how much they would give me for my trade. They matched another dealer’s price with no hassle. When I left to think about it, they didn’t pressure me or act pushy. Coralie was my sales lady, she knew I really didn’t prefer white and she got me the most beautiful color by trading to another dealership without me even asking. She has 20 years of experience and is so professional with so much knowledge. The finance guy was great. Came back to buy the car 3 days later and it was all detailed, stickers pulled off and full tank of gas. I highly recommend this dealership!

Working with D'Angelo was a breeze. He made everything easy. We set up a time to come test drive a Palisade they had in stock, it went well, happened to be exactly what I wanted. I test drove with him, and then he let me take it home and play around with it a bit. When I got back I let him know I wouldn't be paying over MSRP due to another close by dealership charging MSRP, and he worked it out to have me only pay MSRP. I had my 2 children with me and he made sure they were taken care of as well.

Zero stars. Easily the worst customer service experience that I have ever have had. It took three months to diagnose, make an attempted repair (that didn't work) and then repair my daily driver 2019 F-150. The customer service stopped taking and/or returning my calls several times while they had me truck. The estimated prices for the repair changed, ultimately costing $2000 more than originally quoted. When they finally got the vehicle repaired, it was sitting in their lot for 2 months. They returned me a filthy vehicle which must have been outside for 2 months covered in bird droppings. They could not process a DEBIT CARD payment, which they harassed me about, accusing me of having insufficient funds for, which I didn't. Nobody on this staff seems to be in the least bit professional. I would never recommend this establishment. Thanks for the 3 month nightmare. I went here because it was a "Ford Dealership", what a frustrating experience, and no loaner vehicles, awesome.

Can't say enough good things about this dealership. At a time when many dealers are charging anywhere from $2-5K over MSRP, Hyundai of Yakima doesn't...at least at the time of this writing. Bought a 2023 Santa Fe Limited Hybrid through Sales Associate James Gamet and I have to say it was the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. At 76, I've had a lot! James was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right vehicle for us. Highly recommended!

Doug's Hyundai has the most amazing staff. I purchased a Genesis G80 on April 5th from Leo Rojas, he was very informative, listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me just that. The process from beginning to end was quick, painless, and finance was a breeze! No pushy sales people that try to get you to purchase something you didn't want. I heard employees speaking multiple languages with other customers which is not something I've heard at other dealerships, so that's a bonus for those where English is a second language. The car itself was cleaned up and delivered spotless with a full tank of course. I would recommend this dealership and Leo to all of my friends and family!!
