Did oil change with the multi-point inspection and asked horn not working to be checked. Results included nearly $3000 of service/repair. Most were Failed inspection, one example is air filters. When I asked why they failed the response was “we have no record of replacement”. I asked if they were inspected and if the actually failed. It was repeated “we have no record so we have to fail and recommend replacement”. I had just had them replaced ~1 year ago. I asked if they could be inspected and was told the tech would check. He came back with “they look fine”. Then I was told my tires needed replacement because front had zero tread. I asked for clarification- you mean really zero? As in Completely bald like a racing slick? Response was “let me check”. He returned with the measuring gauge showing 2. Okay, definitely needing attention but 2 is not zero. Then I get an unsolicited text from the dealer asking to buy my vehicle. The dealer is kind and easy to work with but such lack of integrity should give anyone visiting pause. More
