Great dealership, the car was waiting for me ready to go on the test drive. Salesperson Alison Burdette stayed in touch with me through the week long process. I traveled from Utah to Washington to test and then purchase the vehicle. The finance manager Roman was also top notch he was very patient answering all my questions about the out of state purchase. On the test drive a vibration was noticed at highway speeds, the dealership was quick to troubleshoot and after a few balance attempts replaced the tires at no charge. I drove the car about 850 miles home no problem car is really in nice condition. Will keep this dealership in mind when time to make another vehicle purchase.

Thalia, the service advisor to whom I was assigned was friendly but professional. The service I wanted was an oil change; the service I received was an oil change with additives said to help older engines run better. I have no complaints.

Robert from this shop was amazing!! They got my car right in; replaced the whole motor and got it up and running for me again in a little over a month. Robert kept in constant contact with me and even gave me a loaner car until my car was fixed. Robert and his team was amazing and I look forward to doing service with them again!!! Thanks again guys for all you did for me!! This momma appreciates it so much!!!

Fantastic experience start-to-finish! Good selection, no pressure, personable staff. Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. Buying a new car doesn't have to be a chore and we give Doug's our highest recommendation without hesitation!

When we recently were car shopping, my spouse looked at dealership reviews, and this Renton Hyundai was frankly rated the lowest in our area. Nevertheless, after visiting two other local Hyundai dealerships, where we had very underwhelming experiences, we stopped by Renton on our way home, expecting the worst. So glad we did: the showroom was spotless, the salesperson was helpful but not "in your face", and the follow-up was appropriate and professional. The new model we wanted was not available, and the 3 dealerships took different approaches: from "too bad" all the way to this dealership taking the extra step of searching multiple state dealerships, arranging to ship the car here. The trade-in value was fair and hassle-free, and a good price was arrived at without excessive haggling. We are happy with our experience (5 stars) and the moral of the story is: don't accept reviews at face value without some confirmation on your part!

Had my car serviced there, and they used an autowasher on it, which I never personally use as it can damage my vinyl. I got it back scratched to xxxx with brush-like marks on the trunk. Service manager Keith asked to see the car, I wasted an hour and a half driving it out there and sitting and waiting for him to come take a look at it. He claimed that it's impossible for their brushes to make that mark, but he lied to me and said if I bring it out again the detailer can buff it out for me. I don't have availability during the time the detailer was available so I had my girlfriend drive it over, which he assured me was fine. After making her wait there for 2 hours they said it's not their fault "it must have been a box or something" and buffing it wouldn't fix it, so there's nothing they're going to do about it. My family was planning on getting the Tucson soon, but it sure as xxxx wont be from this dealership.

Our 2016 Sonata's engine failed and it was covered under a recall. The engine was replaced, no questions asked. When we went to buy a new Sonata this year, our sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Every time I've brought a car in for a recall or service, I've never felt pressured to have an unnecessary service. Sometimes the service takes longer than anticipated, but I've always been advised in a timely manner and once they even gave me an uber to go shopping.

Zero stars. Easily the worst customer service experience that I have ever have had. It took three months to diagnose, make an attempted repair (that didn't work) and then repair my daily driver 2019 F-150. The customer service stopped taking and/or returning my calls several times while they had me truck. The estimated prices for the repair changed, ultimately costing $2000 more than originally quoted. When they finally got the vehicle repaired, it was sitting in their lot for 2 months. They returned me a filthy vehicle which must have been outside for 2 months covered in bird droppings. They could not process a DEBIT CARD payment, which they harassed me about, accusing me of having insufficient funds for, which I didn't. Nobody on this staff seems to be in the least bit professional. I would never recommend this establishment. Thanks for the 3 month nightmare. I went here because it was a "Ford Dealership", what a frustrating experience, and no loaner vehicles, awesome.

Can't say enough good things about this dealership. At a time when many dealers are charging anywhere from $2-5K over MSRP, Hyundai of Yakima doesn't...at least at the time of this writing. Bought a 2023 Santa Fe Limited Hybrid through Sales Associate James Gamet and I have to say it was the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. At 76, I've had a lot! James was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right vehicle for us. Highly recommended!

The customer service here is terrible. They had my car for NINE months and I got little or no communication along the way. I was getting a new engine put in because mine blew. I had an extended warranty, and it took a long time for Hyundai USA to ok it. I get that part, I get that it can take a long time dealing with corporations, but the communication was awful. No one seemed to care. The turn over rate is high, there are different employees every time I came in, including managers. I had a series of other problems and received the same crappy service. And on top of it, they never had any loaner cars available, which is very inconvenient when they have your car for a long time, I'll NEVER buy from this dealership again. If you want to buy a Hyundai, go to Seattle or Everett. They have much better customer care.
