I don’t usually write reviews but in this case, I couldn't halp myself but expose the ill malice practice of Auto Motion Inc. I have never been lied to, deceived, betrayed or RIPPED OFF by anyone in my life like I have been by Auto Motion Inc. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE! Having to relive in my mind the huge mistake I made walking into that dealership to write this review makes me ill. I purchased a Mazda 3 early mid-June and 3 weeks later my engine light turns on. I take it in to get a scanner check on the problem and my jaw dropped to the ground when I heard the results. 7 electrical and emissions faulty codes with 12 secondary/related additional faulty codes! I bought a warranty package with the vehicle and when I called the warranty company they straight out told me that my warranty package will not cover this problem. So in other words, I bought a straight lemon! I paid $6500 for this car out the door and drove it for 21 days and I now have a car that doesn’t pass emission to get my plates at DMV and a repair cost of approximately 2k. I was better off carless!! I emphasize, I drove this car ONLY 21 days could I have caused 19 faulty codes in all? I think NOT! The only logical explanation is that Auto Motion Inc covered the codes by erasing them for a time. I’ve done some research and it is possible to cover codes. In addition to the faulty codes the cars carriage is rusted and God only knows what bump on the road is going to crack the frame in half. If you read previous reviews you’ll learn that approximately 7 out of 10 reviews are negatives like mine and the positive ones are 3 lines reviews written by family and friends, most likely. Had I read the reviews on this SCAM company beforehand I would not have walked in there. But I was desperate and these VIPERS smelled blood and took advantage of my vulnerability. When I called Auto Motion the guy on the other end of the line said to me what I repeatedly kept reading on the reviews reply from them, “You’re buying a used car”. Thats their only excuse. I know I’m buying a used car but for $6500 I expect the car to run without problems for at least a year or more not just 21 days!! In conclusion, do your research on this company before walking in there. However, in my opinion, safe yourself some time researching this company and spend your time wisely somewhere else. Take my word for it, you don’t want to go through what I’m going through and stay away from Auto Motion Inc/SCAMMERS!!! By the way Auto Motion doesn't deserve 1 star. I have to rate it something for my review to send. They deserves -10 falling stars.

I will NEVER deal with these people again and I also encourage anyone that is thinking of buying - go somewhere else. Ashenbach cannot be trusted! I was sold a 2021 Ford Explorer ST. The vehicle had a Virginia inspection sticker that the dealer signed off on. (the vehicle was transferred to the dealership from NY). I live in WV. When I went to get an updated sticker, I was told that my vehicle did not have mufflers. It had a cat-back exhaust system - which is illegal in WV but also - IT IS ILLEGAL IN VIRGINIA! I reached out to the dealership multiple times and was told I would be contacted by management. No one ever contacted me. So that I could legally drive my car, I had to purchase a used set of mufflers from a 2020 ST for $1,500. All i wanted was to be reimbursed. It has been a month and a half and I am still waiting for someone to reach out to me to make this right. I have uploaded pictures of the exhaust system as it was, and a photo of what a stock system is. As you can see, there are supposed to be mufflers attached to the tips - I had none. Very disappointing that you care so little about what you sell and your customers that you cannot even reach out to make it right. If I could give a "0" i would!

Mr. Soto have a good knowledge of vehicles and if he didn't know something he got an answer quickly. The other staff was helpful and polite. I would recommend Base Auto Sale to anybody looking for a vehicle.

I usually don’t write reviews but I have seen some negative reviews on Sullivan auto and wanted to provide my perspective. I will say that reading some of the negative reviews worried me as I went through the process but can say with confidence that they were a pleasure to do business with and I would definitely buy from them again. I live in Boston and was purchasing a 2020 Land Rover Discovery from them. The price was definitely the best I saw out there. But since I was buying remotely, they allowed me to get an independent mechanic to do a full inspection and the car came back with good marks (just some minor issues which Sullivan fixed). I was getting the car delivered to Charlottesville which Sullivan took care of and made it very seamless. We’ve only had the car for a couple of weeks but so far so good. The only issue I would bring up is sometimes it was hard to get in touch with people while going through the process and that extended the timeline out a bit but that was a relatively minor issue.

I asked them to do the annual safety inspection earlier than the month required. They said “yes” and didn’t do it. I asked them to make sure my Michelin tires were at a specific air pressure and they didn’t do it. They took the car back and put correct air pressure but only in tires on the driver’s side. They asked if I wanted a car wash. I said no because I had just washed and wiped the water spots off the car. They returned the car to me wet from a car wash. They took the car back and wiped it down. Now I’m wondering if they did the additional $600 service they suggested and I approved. I don’t have a way to check that unless the car breaks down on the road. Also, the service representative I saw only once, Olivia. Others did her work – she’s young so I guess she was in the back having fun with the guys. Is this normal service under the new Safford management or just disregard for female customers as usual under the old Brown management? Not sure. Everyone was polite and pleasant. But I need correct service.
