Great experience. - Abraham’s communication by phone and video brought us in as we had just had a bad experience with another dealer. He worked the negotiation, prep and follow up. - Isaiah and Joshua as Isaiah mentored Joshua. on customer service and documentation. Product knowledge and customer service seemed natural. to Joshua and Isaiah. - Joseph , General Sales Manager and Finance were definitely calm, fair leaders. They made the purchase process work through their salesmen and customer interface. Plus the General Sales Manager understanding when I noted three things that would make me “feel”” good about the purchase. We as customers can be understanding and not demanding which allows a dealership that operated as I saw. The vehicle was just what we wanted and the couple of things agreed sealed the buy. Dealer focus on process including initial list of questions made sense especially as Isaiah calmly and professional noted reference the questions to start. He noted the list of questions allows the dealership to understand and respond to all customers. Thank you. Good job

Knowledgeable of the product, no pressuring to make the sale, but once we decided to purchase, Carla came in on her day off to complete the sales process and offered helpful hints. This would have been a five stars review except for the sales manager’s low ball offer on our trade-in. I know to expect this when trading a vehicle, but he was stubbornly low, so I passed on the offer. I very easily found an outright purchase offer through Kelley Blue Book that netted me thousands more.

My sincerest thanks and appreciation to Logan and the service department for accommodating an emergency repair. My family and I were on our way back to NJ and towing our camper when the vacuum assist for the brakes failed on our Sierra. By the grace of God we safely made it to their dealership and Logan got the truck diagnosed and repaired within a few hours while my family and I waited in our camper at the back of their lot. Always super friendly interactions with the folks in the service department here, and given the busyness of the service department on that particular day, my service was completed in a timely manner. The only blemish on this service was not being notified of any other additional services if needed - i.e. my rear windshield wiper is really old and falling apart, and there was not a suggestion made to replace it. Otherwise, great service here all around, thank you!! One other thing - I created an online profile account for service here, and I was unable to link my VIN to it, if we can get that fixed somehow. Thanks again!

I had a TERRIFIC experience with Lindsay Volvo. I live in WA state, but the model I wanted was only available on the East Coast. I submitted internet inquiries to several dealerships, and Seamus at Volvo Lindsay got back to me the next morning. I was nervous it would be hard/impossible to lease across the country, but Seamus made it easy and quick. He was super straightforward and honest in his dealings, and had a contract in front of me with zero surprises that same day. Graham was terrific in helping me get signed up with VCSF and helped with paperwork plus some tips about this unusual car, and Markell their manager prepped the car for shipping on their day off since my shipper came by early. After the car arrived here, there was one tiny issue (temporary plates not included) and Graham responded to my email and fixed it on a Sunday! Outstanding job my all involved! By far the best car buying experience in my life and the most trustworthy dealers I've yet dealt with. Could not be happier with everything.
