I went in for a state safety inspection. Had to leave the vehicle at the shop for a few hours due to back log. Customer service was excellent. However, work was sloppy. The mechanic that did the job did not remove glue residue from the old inspection sticker. As a result, the new sticker did not adhere completely and there's substantial amount of glue residue left on the windshield outside of the sticker - this is intentionally careless/sloppy and unprofessional work. As an icing on the cake, there was a grease smudge on driver door by the handle, and car interior smelled greasy. More
