This was a internet buy and you know how concerned I must have Been. Alyssa was top notch and highly recommend calling her. Frankie the salesperson was right on point and gave the assurance and pictures I requested to ensure a flawless deal was made. Finally, The General Manager (Frank) gave a follow up call to ensure I was happy on the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership and the names listed above as key members for excellent service . I would definitely buy again from them, and even another internet buy. P.S I had the vehicle shipped to me and it arrived on time in excellent condition. The driver ( I don't recall his name ) was outstanding as well.

We purchased a car from the dealership and once with the finance person, everyone else left for the day, we signed the paperwork and left with the car. The was on a Saturday. We drove an hour home and noticed we were charged a "200.00 addition" to the vehicle price for a Classic Theft Protection Plan ,that was never explained by anyone at the dealership. On Monday I spoke to Trey about this and was told it comes with all the vehicles and was not optional. My problem was the signature was done on a signature pad so we never saw the actual form. Since this on all your vehicles and is not an option to the buyer it should be explained before you are signing the loan papers. After speaking with the manager and with it being posted on their website, we were able to resolve the issue. Great sales lady and I love my new car.
