Bought a 2027 HRV-EXL last week. Tom Torres greeted me. He let me take my time and look around. Later I went back to Tom, said I was interested in a new HRV. He went over it with me. I got a great trade in value for my CRV EXL. After seeing the Checkered Flag price for the new auto. We went through all the various plans offered. (no pressure, just information. ) I bought the HRV-EXL, came back the next day with a couple of questions about the HRV. He helped me understand how some settings worked. It was a pleasant experience, again. I've been buying Hondas from Checked Flag for over 15 years (I'm guessing). I highly recommend this dealership.

Ben Miller at CMA Valley Nissan is amazing! He made my husband and I feel so comfortable in trading in our 2017 Rogue for a 2024 Certified Preowned Nissan Pathfinder. Absolutley beyond words how thankful we are that we met Ben. We pulled in the parking lot just looking at what we think we want. Ben came out asking if our car would be a trade in and I said yes I’d like to but not sure what we would get. Well we’re beyond shocked still of the offer for me car. Ben sat us down and explained everything and made us feel very comfortable. Being in Virginia only 3 1/2 this is our first car purchase since moving here from New York. Maybe it’s the Southern Hospitality in Virginia. This purchase was the easiest car purchase we have ever done is our almost 37 years of marriage. We’ve never been in and out so fast. Driving away happy and not exhausted from what is usually a very long process. That didn’t happen with Ben Smith and the rest of the team at CMA Vally Nissan. George in financing was super nice and went over everything so clearly. I can’t forget the young man at the front desk. Not sure of his name (oops) he was also super nice and so helpful. He made sure I got CD out of my radio in my tradein car. Thank you so much that CD mean so much to me as it was my beloved sons and I sing in the car listening to it. Thank you again Ben Smith you truly are the nicest and most informative Nissan Salesperson we have ever had the pleasure to work with. I know I’ll be in today to drop off my title and I’ve got a few questions on features in the car to ask about. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate you and how nice you are. I had a TERRIFIC experience with Lindsay Volvo. I live in WA state, but the model I wanted was only available on the East Coast. I submitted internet inquiries to several dealerships, and Seamus at Volvo Lindsay got back to me the next morning. I was nervous it would be hard/impossible to lease across the country, but Seamus made it easy and quick. He was super straightforward and honest in his dealings, and had a contract in front of me with zero surprises that same day. Graham was terrific in helping me get signed up with VCSF and helped with paperwork plus some tips about this unusual car, and Markell their manager prepped the car for shipping on their day off since my shipper came by early. After the car arrived here, there was one tiny issue (temporary plates not included) and Graham responded to my email and fixed it on a Sunday! Outstanding job my all involved! By far the best car buying experience in my life and the most trustworthy dealers I've yet dealt with. Could not be happier with everything.

I recently purchased a 2026 Highlander Hybrid Platinum. My salesperson was Gary Rogers. He was great!! Gary answered ALL of my many questions from deciding which one I wanted to buy through how do all these new features work! No question or concern was too small to address. Additionally, he returned my calls promptly. There was no pressuring me to buy a certain model. Of course, he presented options and things to think about, but the final decision was mine. After my car arrived, I dealt with Angel, finance manager and Melissa, inventory manager. Both were very friendly and professional. Gary stayed involved answering questions and navigating me through the purchasing process. This is our family’s 3rd purchase from Miller. This 2026 Highlander replaces my 2005 Highlander. We also have a 2016 Highlander. Because they have always treated us with respect and because of their professionalism, we keep coming back when we need to upgrade our cars. We get all our service performed at Miller. Our service adviser, Dimas, is wonderful! We truly appreciate working with him. I would definitely recommend Gary and all of Miller’s supporting staff when buying your next car from Miller.

This review is for the service dept. Debbie stack is AWESOME! Not only did this dealer take care of all of the issues i had with the car but they also did the state inspection and updated the software for free. Debbie is very professional and kind on the phone. She called back every time i left a message, even if there wasnt much to say. When they finally did the warranty / out of warranty work on the car it was done in just a few days and she invoiced it out immediately so i could pick up the day it was done. The work the dealer did was also spot on. Very clean, everything they touched looks brand new and untouched. Excellent workmanship! Thanks again for the awesome service and i'll definitely be coming back if i need anything else.

My truck almost left me stranded on the highway. I got it to Casey Chevy in Newport News and they told me they couldn't even look at it for 3-4 days. I then called my preferred service dealer Ken Houtz where I've been going for almost 10 years and Mark said if I could get it to him, he'd have it looked at by the end of the day so that's what I did. I then was having trouble getting a ride home and Dave was so awesome and gave me ride home. Before I was able to leave the dealership Tyler had already looked at my truck and gave me recommendations in which I said go ahead. Friday, they had my truck back in service. Outstanding work by the Ken Houtz Service team. I will no longer even try to go anywhere else. Thank you very much to Ken Houtz Chevrolet!! -Scott

Looked online for a few weeks for a 2nd gen Honda Pilot with low miles. Auto Trademark had the nicest one I could find. Talked with Farhan a few times before I went up to see it and try it out. I'm about 2 hours away. Tried it out on a Sunday, Didn't tell anyone I was coming up and had a little scare when I passed it on the way to the dealership, but the gentleman trying it out didn't take it. I put down a deposit with Zeshan, (really nice guy), and went back the following week to pick it up. All the guys in the office were great and got things rolling smoothly. Loved the vehicle. Low miles and in great shape. Got it home and parked it in my driveway and when I looked out my second story window the next morning saw a big spot on the roof with missing paint, (Hondas inferior paint jobs!) Neither the shop or myself noticed this during our inspection of it. Called Farhan immediately and sent him some pictures. As soon as he saw the pics he said that this is definately unacceptable and had me bring it back to them. He had the body shop strip it all down and paint the whole roof for me and apologized for not catching it sooner. Had it ready in a few days for me to pick up. If I need or want another car will definately go back to see these guys. They did not have to fix the roof, (bought as is), but they did the right thing. These guys have my vote. Thanks again Farhan!

I highly recomend this dealership! Just the day before at another dealership I was turned down for financing and had a horrible experience. Almost losing hope I decided to give it one more try and went to guarantee auto maxx. I found the exact year make and model of the car I wanted with over half the mileage less and like new condition. I was approved! Anyone with less than perfect credit give them a try. So happy I did! And do yourself a favor and ask for Eli. He was beyond awesome! Very accomodating without being pushy. He made the transaction extremely pleasurable.
