I keep trying to figure out how it is that they are able to stay in business when you guys are the competition!!

She needs restraining and not professional or helpful. Service technician miss the panel assembly when finishing my truck. There was a easily noticeable opening in the dash panel above the driver console. Chris said he would help to get it corrected. Also wanted to thank Tai. This is an amendment to a negative review I gave for poor - aggravated F-250 owner

This is an amendment to a negative review I gave for poor service response I received from this dealership. I was going to change dealerships (which is what I thought the service advisor wanted) but decided to write a review here just to vent. After the review the general manager of the dealership (Brian Weiss) and I talked and he has totally improved my situation and attitude. They are taking care of my service needs while picking up and returning my F-250 to me.
