I sent a message about a Toyota Sienna Edmunds had online. Jolly George reached out to me in less than 5 minutes. They had just received the car and it had not been detailed or hit the lot. He text me pictures since there were not online yet. Since the vehicle was not yet ready and he knew that I lived an hour away he set up a test drive for the next day and marked the vehicle sold so it would still be there when I got there. Next day my wife and I drive to Park Place and met Jolly George. Honestly, I was not looking forward to the experience, as I know how most salesman are. Not Jolly! He was and is not pushy or rude. He was knowledagble, kind, and professional. He told me all the facts and moved things along quickly and got me out of there with an awesome car. If you go to Park Place Lexus in Plano do yourself a favor and ask for Jolly!

Kelly, the parts manager made sure that my parts were ordered and made my appointment for me to have them installed. Kelly is an asset to Lexus and he definitely knows how to treat Lexus customers. I have been to many dealerships and purchased over 137 cars. The Lexus staff stands out when it comes to customer service. Our car was totaled in an accident and we went straight to this dealer for a replacement. Mike Hagee not only found us a perfect replacement but he and Griffen Lev also provided such kind and detailed service for us. Frank Jiang took care of all the financial aspects. It was a wonderful experience all the way around! I know I can call on any of them if I have a need with my car!

Purchased an LC500, Lexus’ flagship vehicle. Considered a C8 Corvette but I didn’t want a Cobalt level of service. I figured Lexus would have a nicer service experience, which is important to me and a strong consideration when selecting a car. I had an issue getting my rear windows of the convertible to go up two days before family was scheduled to arrive and I wanted them to enjoy the car. Only had the car 3 months. It’s 40 mi round trip to get there and the service agent turned me away! They were apparently backed up after Christmas. What’s the point of buying the flagship car if not going to get a flagship service? I drove away and stopped at a gas station. First time buying a car at this caliber but this didn’t feel right and I was regretting my purchase decision. I drove back from the gas station and Don helped me out. He tried to connect me with my original sales agent but she was unavailable. Don helped me out regardless and connected me with Kristi in service. She helped me out, had my issue fixed and I was on my way in no time. The first service agent didn’t even troubleshoot the basics, which was apparently all that was needed. I’m hoping it was just a bad employee and not a proper reflection of a typical service experience at this dealership. Time will tell. Going to Kristi from now on - she was great. Thankful to Don as well for being a solutions type of guy. Family got to enjoy the car with their grandson in the rear seat with windows up in cold weather.

So … a bit confused. - Steven W

So … a bit confused. Interested in a new Lexus (would be our third) to replace our current Lexus. This is new Lexus dealership (Fox Lexus of El Paso) to me as we relocated to Las Cruces for retirement. Initially visited dealership last week … primarily to ensure our golf clubs would comfortably fit in the trunk of ES 300h sedan. I previously did a build on Lexus website (base model with some nice upgrades, etc.) … but learned from Sales that Lexus doesn’t build that set-up and it can’t be special ordered (dealerships are just allocated cars, etc.). OK , so let the salesperson (C. Morales) who approached me on my first visit know I would be fine with the 2025 Lexus ES 300h “Luxury” model which would get me the upgrades I wanted but at additional MSRP of $5K. Issue is I’ve sent C. Morales several communications (email and text) … one email to alert him that although not on my build list … I would be fine with the Triple Beam LED headlight upgrade if the car had all my other preferences. No reply to email … so was concerned it could have gone to a spam folder. So next day sent Text to his cell phone asking him to confirm that he did receive that email with my update. NO response to that Text. I waited over 24 hours and still no response. So today sent follow up Text indicating “Please respond to my communications if you want me to purchase my new Lexus from You. Zero response. I’m being completely “ghosted” by this Salesperson!!! Never experienced that in a sales environment? At this juncture, DONE with Mr. Morales. Question is are we done with Fox Lexus?? Guess that depends on if and/or how they respond.

We purchased a new RX350 Hybrid this year from North Park Lexus RGV. The dealership was immaculate. The process was simple and the entire staff was friendly and professional. They made sure that we were well versed on all of the bells and whistles in the car. We shopped five of the southern dealerships as they were equidistant to us, and North Park RGV offered the best deal while also seeming to communicate the best. They will be at the top of my list when shopping again.
