Excellent salesmanship here. They all utilized a beneficial style of gameplay with my elderly mom and dad. We were all presented the options on the table and they let us talk amongst ourselves till the best possible approach was decided. and we went with the 100,000 mile gold coverage. It was less for the deductible and they allowed a maximum limit for trade and flexible payments. All went well and we are very satisfied with the results.

Bri was my salesperson and she was wonderful. Very informative and showed me all the vehicle highlights. Bri is very sweet and told me that I can reach out to her anytime which I do! I highly recommend Bri, you won’t be disappointed.

We would recommend the dealership including Nick Behr, Corey and the rest of the team to everyone. Nick and Corey were knowledgeable and straight forward. They were so patient with us old people and Nick was so calming with all of the options that were on the new vehicle. We did not grow up with technology like the younger people. I suggested to Nick that he should do a YouTube to teach new car technology. Bianchi on Peach Street in Erie is the best from the owner on down. We would not buy anywhere else. The owner is the absolute best making people feel special and well taken care of with phone calls and email follow up on sales and service.

The biggest disappointment is that the Prius comes with a non standard plug (and doesn't match the specs they say they're selling), and I was instructed to do the legwork contacting the charger company.
