I have been a customer at Kelly for 20+ years. After having a recent accident, Kim and the owner, Geoff had me back in a new Cadillac in under a week! They went completely and utterly out of their way to make sure I got to check out exactly what I was interested in and took care of everything for me. Aside from all of that, they checked in on me quite frequently that first few weeks, and Kim as kept up on my progress since then (I had a broken arm) While that period was a rough one, the staff at Kelly made sure I was comfortable and spent a lot of time going over the new vehicle. I cannot thank them enough...and I cannot recommend them forcefully enough. If you're considering shopping for your new vehicle at Kelly, ask for Kim Sload. Fantastic saleslady!

The showroom is impressive, the entire staff is friendly, and I felt very comfortable negotiating my purchase. More than a week into owning my GV80, I am convinced that the 6 months of research of a new car and my selection was spot on! I always have the BEST experience when I come here! Initially, I came in for an oil change thinking I'd have to return at the end of the month for an inspection. Bill suggested I do the inspection while I was here. When he realized that the car in front of me was in the wrong line, he moved me up. They did everything in record time, and this Express Service team is really top-notch. Bill and these guys are always pleasant, they greet everyone, and they always acknowledge my younger son, who is always with me, and has special needs. Years ago, I leased a brand new car from Piazza, and loved it! I ultimately purchased it, then bought a fabulous Pre-owned car, in cash. I will only go to Piazza for all of my service. My only hope is that when Bill and the man who usually sits next to him, (mechanic, same age group, silver in his hair, slender, aprox. 5'5"- 5'6"), retires, I must be invited to the retirement parties. Sadly, it will be my last time there, unless you reassure me that they've trained the new ones to be as gracious, personable, and as helpful as those gentlemen have been for all the years I've been coming there.
