They follow up, give clear descriptions. Service is exceptional. When it was Lawrence we attempted to buy twice, each time ended up at Falkner. 2 years we visied Bergeys, and was rudely dismissed. Since ive had 4 cars serviced here, i attempted another purchase. Two days drove off in our 4th Suburu, thanks to Jordan Brooks. His patience, persistance, transparency and knowledge helped our decision. My only bit of disappointment was how much the certified coverage is less. We got an excellent trade in value. We like dealing with this dealership because their salespeople are low key and not pushy. Orlando is an excellent salesman. The showroom is impressive, the entire staff is friendly, and I felt very comfortable negotiating my purchase. More than a week into owning my GV80, I am convinced that the 6 months of research of a new car and my selection was spot on! Absolutely amazing!!!! I walked in very distraught after recently totaling my car. It was an Audi sq5 and I only had it for two weeks. I walked in and asked if I could please have a salesperson who is patient, hoping to get someone kind as I have never gone through the car buying process completely alone. Josh was so helpful and great to work with. He helped me talk numbers and find a car that I am SO happy with. After explaining I had to leave to get my kids soon, Troy made sure all of my paperwork was done in the fastest way possible and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. They weren't too salesy and honestly stayed genuine the entire time. Something I really really appreciate and they will have my business forever! Give these two a raise. 5 stars from me!
