Both Glanzman and Erin were great. Leasing a new Outback took no time thanks to Kim and her team. I especially liked not having to spend an entire day at the dealership. Erin was very thorough explaining all the "buttons" in the Outback, especially to a senior who isn't very computer literate. She was so patient and explained what everything was and how it worked.
