Being three hours away from Ephrata, PA, I knew this would require trust and good communication. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, a major issue arose. While it was an unfortunate situation, it provided an opportunity to see how Conestoga Motors handles challenges. I contacted Mel and Jerry to inform them of the issue, and they responded with professionalism and integrity. I purposely waited months to write this review to ensure the resolution was completed correctly—and I’m happy to report it absolutely was.
