What a beautiful dealership! Everyone there treated us so well! Kim went over and above to help us purchase our new cadillac and she had everything ready for us when we arrived. She answered all of our questions and was always available. This was a birthday present for my wife and Kim had balloons and a huge sign saying "Happy Birthday!" My wife was so surprised, she cried. Nick greeted us when we arrived and helped us with whatever we needed. Kelly (the owner) and Geoff (the General Manager) came out and sang Happy Birthday to my wife! How cool is that! Glenn was terrific and made the financial paperwork a breeze. And did I mention that they love dogs! We had our 2 year old pup, Paisano with us and they loved him. This was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had and we would certainly recommend them. It was a very pleasant and personal experience. Thank you everyone at Kelly Cadillac!!!

In my 50+ years best transaction. The mega dealers in my area, 16929 are not very knowledgeable, they have lied, at least 2 dealers, it is frustrating. Jack Giambalvo Hyundai was great. I am 3hrs away and worked with Travis on email and text. When I told them I was 3hrs away they offered me a deal that was $3k less, their honesty and communication sealed the deal. Constantly keeping me informed so my time there would be short and it was as much as possible. The Tucson was ready, only negative was a little dirt on the seat, they took care of it right away. All the paperwork was ready, they were friendly, knowledgeable and did not push all the propaganda, I did not have upper management come visit me to waste my time trying sell protection programs like they do in my area. They offer free lifetime inspections, including other vehicles in my household. I would highly recommend them.
