I had to wait almost two and a half hours for the flat bed to get me so I had a appointment for lunch then I got to Budd Baer and Victoria didn’t tell me I would have to wait another 2 hours before someone could check my car out or I could have called the person I was to have lunch with as soon as I got there and they would have picked me up and brought me back when the car was done.

Our salesperson Chad V. has always been up to date on the latest generations of their models and can always answer the most obscure of questions or quickly redirect us to the right person. Jim J. (Sales Manager) is very quick and direct about juggling the #s and totally respects that I do my homework.
