Keith is an outstanding representative of Concordville Subaru. Keith was very helpful in explaining the intricacies of the features on my new Crosstrek. He patiently walked me through all of the buttons and screens and helped me set up my preferences. He also showed me some really cool applications I wasn't aware of that are available. He answered all of my questions, told me about the quick service where I can just drive right in and offered me a car wash. I had received a survey about my experience but unfortunately I had accidentally opened it before my appointment with him and it closed out before I had a chance to complete it. If I had the chance to complete the survey, Keith would have received outstanding/5 stars in every category. Concordville Subaru is lucky to have such a knowledgable person such as Keith at it's employee. In fact, all of the employees I spoke to on the morning of my appointment were very welcoming, pleasant and accommadating. I will be letting everyone in my family and friend circle know that they can receive such outstanding service from this car dealership. Thank you! More

Hello, I am so happy to write a review for Tony and in fact, I wrote a very long review. I spent an enormous amount of time and when I got to the end, the review asked for a couple of prompts, and when I fact, I wrote a very long review. When I’m asked for reviews I really take an enormous amount of time and passion to give exemplary employees the credit that they deserve. my best hope would be that the people who craft the questionnaires would do their part half as well as the service people and the sales representatives at Concord Ville Subaru.
