After a test drive, she gave me plenty of time for a personal inspection of the vehicle and never rushed me through the process. The salesteam worked hard to get my a deal (less than what I was pre-qualified for). I ended up picking up my car the next day after they finished their last minute details, and I absolutely LOVE my car. Christina, you are a doll and I had a great time with you! Finance added a bunch of items to my deal right when I was signing papers on a computer and explained they had paid for them. That was a lie. 1788.00 and so far I only have been able to get 191 back. They charged me for LoJack but never installed it and Subaru already had ability to track the car included with the car through it's nav system. I cancelled any further visits with the dealership and informed Subaru and sent copy of my deal to car edge and other on line car dealer reviewers. They also applied paint protector to the car without asking and that was hundreds of dollars. They did this at the moment you pick up the cat which can overwhelm you and especially as they lie to you and tell you it didn't cost you anything. Don't buy a car here. Don't get warranty work done here. More
