Went to the dealership today to look at a 2021 Jeep - Rstuchkus

Went to the dealership today to look at a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. My wife and I took her for a test drive and all was good. Went back into the salesman‘s cubicle and presented an offer. What we would be willing to pay for the Jeep. Salesman came quickly back from the sales manager and said they will not accept that and we would come down $490 and *Now does it. I countered with $1000 more. Salesman went back to the sales manager and quickly came back and said no that’s all I can do. We left the dealership and the sales manager never even came out and introduced himself to us. To say why he couldn’t come down any lower. Prove is form at 28K. We countered at 27K and he would not budge and did not even come out of the sales office to speak with us. which is total xx. It was a used vehicle and there was plenty of play with used vehicle vehicles compared to new vehicles. Very unacceptable. His name was Doug. Stay away from that sales manager. Poor customer service and interaction with clients

Unethical sales practices to coheres a customer into finalizing a sale . Received conflicting information from different individuals involved in the sales process

I was shocked :Tony thought about a customer buying a new - huicwang

I was shocked :Tony thought about a customer buying a new car (over $30,000 )from John Kennedy Subaru was asking for the money from him. The customer can't have questions about the car. I wasted my whole day there. The GM even said I broke the agreement. I ask him to investigate internally for the truth. But he said it is difficult for him.

Great experience - predko1

Enjoyed my time looking for the right model and the sales person was extremely helpful in my decision. And I want it to be known, it was my decision.

We've owned over 22 vehicles in our lifetime. - bentzlee00

We've owned over 22 vehicles in our lifetime. We are very satisfied with the lease of this car. We've had it about 19 months and we can not say enough positive about it. We are both 81 and just completed a 10 hour trip driving 601 miles. We do this about four times a year. Riding and driving in this car allows us to arrive fresh and reasonably rested. We love it and can not say enough positive about it. The gas mileage is terrific even at highway speeds. Its a very safe car! We've recommended it to our friends two of which have purchased their own too. Our church parking lot looks like a Subaru dealership!

Just recently bought a brand new Outback from them and - Louie3465

Just recently bought a brand new Outback from them and the whole process was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I stepped in the door the sales staff treated me with respect and understood my wants and needs. Anthony was the salesman and did everything phenomenal. The finance process was also great. Like every dealer they go over extended product and the finance manager Dominik I believe was his name was professional, explained everything in great detail and gave me tons of options to consider. Not once did I feel pushed to take a product or did I feel I was getting ripped off. I declined some of the product and he didn’t try to keep selling everything. I trust Subarus but the computers scare me! The dealership was clean, the managers make you seem like family and you aren’t just a sale. I will definitely recommend all my family and friends to come here and I’ll definitely be back for service. Thank you guys again for making the car buying experience not a pain. I came here due to my best friend recommending me to come. She bought a used rav4 2 years ago and continues to have great service.

Dear Subaru, As my wife Bonnie and I contemplated our - kevin.schorn

Dear Subaru, As my wife Bonnie and I contemplated our future move to the Phoenix area, we knew we wanted a new Forester Touring in order to enjoy our ride across the country. We are, however, saddened by the fact that we will no longer have the comfort of dealing with Minooka Subaru when we buy our cars and bring them in for service. Our most recent experience at Minooka Subaru brought us into contact with Sales Rep Chris Corbett. We were pleased, but not surprised, when Chris treated as if we were old friends. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. He worked with and for us to create the best deal possible, so that when we were out the door we had a new friend that helped us and made us feel as though we got a great deal. The safety of a Subaru, particularly a Forester, gives me peace of mind. With the Touring Edition, we got a car that has many creature comforts - some of which were unfamiliar to us. That said, Jim Corbett walked us through how to use all of the bells and whistles this car has to offer. We are old and he listened to all of our questions and answered in a way we could understand. He made sure we knew how to optimize the use of our new car and gave us his undivided attention. Jim made us feel like we had another new friend making us feel like family. We were then directed to an office where we met Trish Corbett. She walked us through the credit and financing process, quickly, thoroughly, and as painlessly as possible. Trish also was a delight to work with in spite of working with a new, not yet mastered computer application. I highly recommend everyone I know to, not just get a Subaru but get a Minooka Subaru and become part of the their family, with no requirement to change your last name to Corbett. Kind Regards,

The service department is top notch! They go out of their way to accommodate my needs and are expedient in getting my vehicle serviced and returned to me. They are the only ones I completely trust with my vehicle.

Looking for a used car, I went to a lot of dealerships and dealt with a lot of salespeople. The service at Kerven Subaru really stood out against the rest. It was luck that they had the perfect car for me, but I walked away from a quite a few other cars that could have been perfect as well over service. Kerven Subaru got me the best deal and did all that they could to make the sale go as smoothly and as quickly as possible. The customer service was wonderful and i'll absolutely be sure to go back.

The most dishonest dealership I’ve ever worked with. The... - Anonymous

The most dishonest dealership I’ve ever worked with. The salesman told us our car would be in at the end of the week for three weeks straight. After wasting our time for three weeks, we find out they never had it to begin with. What a joke. The communication was terrible and not upfront. I will never do business with this dealership again.
