This review took me too long to post... but some time ago the Service Department at A&T installed my OEM splashguards on my Forester. Excellent, clean, neat work and very prompt.

I picked up a sheet metal screw in my tire and my friend and neighbor, Moe Laraki, told me to stop in at Subaru of Concordville and they will take care of me. When I arrived I was greeted by Kevin and he got me settled in and showed me the snack and waiting area and said the repair would be about 30 minutes are so. Kevin came back in no time to let me know I was all finished and ready to go and they even washed my car. Unbelievable service, thank you Kevin and Moe. I will be telling this story to my buddies on the golf course for some time.

We had a great experience when we went to have our first oil change and tire rotation. We were given an inspection and a video and a car wash. This is our first Subaru experience, and so far we are very pleased we bought our 2025 Forester.

This dealership is second to none!!! All the employees I encountered were so kind and helpful. The maintenance I had done was done quickly and efficiently. The techs performed the service as though he/she was working on his own vehicle. I wish I could have dealt with this dealership when I was in the market for a used subaru. I would have purchased a better vehicle and would have been treated like a customer and friend of the dealership, instead of being insulted and mistreated at the dealership where I made my purchase.

Very easy to setup appointment to standard maintenance and repair on line, they review it with their team and confirm that parts or technicians are available. They request if you are dropping off or staying at the dealership and estimated time that will be needed for the maintenance so to help you with your decision. They have always updated myself on progress or suggested both possible needed repairs, but does hesitate to tell you you don’t need this repair or maintenance. I live in Adamstown, and know other dealerships are closer, but I go where the service is the highest quality, with a operational team that is top notch!

Things went smoothly. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable. I did not realize I was going to wait over two hours. I would have gladly paid for a healthy snack from a vending machine. The service agent was very helpful and explained a few things about the car that I did not know.

Related to my negative review of 4/26/24, I was at dealer today...I believe the brakes on the Impala have been repaired properly. I thank the service department and especially Brandon the salesmen for listening to my complaint and following through with the repair.

Took my vehicle for transmission work that was covered under warranty. Had additional work done to pass inspection. It turned out to be a nightmare as the work performed was far from satisfactory. I was very angry and upset at what had happened. I contacted them and they jumped into action to rectify all of my complaints. They ended up refunding me for the work and were extremely apologetic for what happened. I am very happy with the outcome of it all and give them the utmost credit for coming through for me. I went from never going there ever again to I will now due to the experience of them writing a wrong. Kudos to Cochran for doing the right thing……
