I had to wait almost two and a half hours for the flat bed to get me so I had a appointment for lunch then I got to Budd Baer and Victoria didn’t tell me I would have to wait another 2 hours before someon bed to get me so I had a appointment for lunch then I got to Budd Baer and Victoria didn’t tell me I would have to wait another 2 hours before someone could check my car out or I could have called the person I was to have lunch with as soon as I got there and they would have picked me up and brought me back when the car was done. The dealership was clean, the waiting room was convenient and relatively well furnished (I found out there was a magazine solely devoted to cigars), they repaired my car, I paid my bill, and went home. My salesman Jan was very good to me. He gave me the best deal you can make. I was told how to sign where to sign and I went very smooth and we finished it in no time Jen brought me home I was in my truck keys was in the Subaru and then he drove me back in the Subaru and I took the Subaru home and I enjoyed our road and everything and then I took it out that night to go to soccer game and I enjoyed the ride and it was a safe ride home at in the dark. More

I went in for a basic service (15000 miles). The service was great but it wasn’t until I got home that I realized that the $15 coupon that I showed the service advisor when I checked in had not The service was great but it wasn’t until I got home that I realized that the $15 coupon that I showed the service advisor when I checked in had not been applied. I called the dealership to ask if I had done something wrong. They apologized explaining that the advisor was highly loaded, super busy that day. They adjusted/reduced the charge but having to call was an inconvenience. More
