We loved that we could test drive the vehicle without a salesman being with us. For my wife, who did the test drive, she was more at ease. We were treated very kindly and the fact that we were no rushed thru the process, leaving the salesman to stay past his working hours! GREAT JOB!!

From the moment we entered Sands Ford everyone was awesome. Even though we were buying a 2011 GMC truck they treated us the same as they did when we purchased a new Escape from them. The entire staff that we dealt with worked as a team. You don’t often see that firsthand. When we were signing our paperwork Jarod Sands came in to introduce himself and thank us for our business. We also received a follow-up call making sure everything was ok. We will definitely return there when we are ready for a new vehicle. From past experience we know the service department is top notch. I would recommend them as a first choice to my family and friends.

Waited in the customer wait lounge enjoying free coffee while my car was being serviced. I was startled 45 minutes later when Marcos came and noted that all the work was completed. Just bought the Mustang Mach e GT, its second vehicle from them. Salesman Wayne sold me car. Everything he said was spot on about the car. This car is unreal. Wayne explained all features from settings to charging everything and even made a call a few days after to see how I’m doing. No high pressure sales and spent hours with me. The service was impeccable. I’m truly happy purchasing again from them. I traveled 1 1/2 hr to dealership because there that good instead of local guy. They know how to treat a customer. Give them a shot if you’re lookin for a vehicle from Ford. Ford vehicles are really good also.
