The dealership was very welcoming. We were assisted in a short amount of time. Our salesperson Gregg was very helpful and courteous and gave us time to respond or ask questions as we went along. Tyler in Finance was very helpful, also. He explained everything very well and gave us time to ask questions. Overall experience: very good.(I show a classic car and have always been a very detail oriented guy on car appearance. I was a little disappointed in the detailing of our new car. There are also a couple of light scratches on the driver’s side, but Gregg has helped me resolve that.)

Our Sales person was wonderful, however the dealership was unorganized and we waited over 5 hours to try and get in with Finance, finally they agreed to let us sign papers electronically. My daughter contacted them many times to get the paperwork. The guy in Finance Jesse was a liar. He spoke to my granddaughter on phone and accused this as having red flags, he was rude and spoke disrespectful to her and needs to be fired. When she and her husband went in he used a fake name which was Carlyle!! He also talked about the sales guy and said he was just sales and could not speak about anything to do with Financing. I had the cash to pay for the car and have already gone in and paid it off. I will say the other people at the dealership were nice and my granddaughter is very happy with the car.

Had a great experience purchasing a new Santa Fe from Carter County Hyundai. Came late on a Friday night and they were extremely friendly and happy to have us look without any sense of rush. Came back the next day and they had the cars we wanted to look at again pulled up and ready to go for us. The paperwork/finance portion was the most efficient and easy going that I've ever had purchasing a car. Met everyone from our great salesman to the owner of the dealership. Octavius and Camron were super to work with as was the general manager. Never felt like they were pressuring or misleading us. Would definitely return for next purchase.
