Bought a vehicle about a month ago. The salesman we worked with was new and we didn’t have any issues with him but after some shady negotiation tactics from his manager Emily (example: The salesman we worked with was new and we didn’t have any issues with him but after some shady negotiation tactics from his manager Emily (example: telling us a “vehicle was technically sold either way” ) we bought from them against better judgment and within 2 weeks, the vehicle was in the shop and paid over $3k to fix it. Drove it for 3 days and it’s already back in the shop for another issue. So far has been the worst experience with buying a vehicle and will not be doing business with them in the future. More
