I had the engine on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited replaced a little over a week ago and it started making noise and vibrating. I called the dealership service department to let them know and had to l replaced a little over a week ago and it started making noise and vibrating. I called the dealership service department to let them know and had to leave a voicemail. I did not receive a call back until 7 hours later. The lady I spoke with said she was in charge of the loaners at the Tulsa Hyundai dealership and that I can bring my car in but they have no loaner vehicles for me. I let her know I I'm a single income household and cannot go without a vehicle. I already had to figure out and pay for a vehicle while they replaced my engine due them not having any loaners and will not be doing it again. She was not helpful at all! After all the issues with my newly replaced engine get straightened out I will not be using this dealership again. More

There was a pricing issue through the link sent and had to ask in person why it wasn't correct. The price was then corrected but would have been more if I had just approved the link.
