This is a brand new facility that just opened in Mentor after many years in Western Painesville Township. It appears that their excellence in customer service will be continuing for a long time to come. Everyone is always attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. My routine service was done quickly and completely as I waited in the comfortable customer waiting area. I also wandered around the nice new showroom and was pleasantly greeted by everyone I walked by. I look forward to many more years supporting this dealership.

Communication has greatly improved since out last visit. Always very friendly and cordial. However, we had requested a couple things be taken care of, the collision light showing on the dash indicated it was off, and we requested they turn it back on. Also there was a piece loose on the driver side rear wheel well we had asked to be put back in place. Neither were taken care of.

Great dealership. Even though my car was purchased out of state, the staff there treats you as if the car was purchased there. I originally stopped there to see how much head room I'd have in a Dodge Challenger with a sunroof. One of the salesman greated me promptly and introduced himself. When I told him why I stopped he said no problem, and got a set of keys for a Challenger with a sunroof. Well, unfortunately when I got in it there wasn't enough headroom. Even though he didn't sell a car he took me for a tour of the dealership from the service area, all the way to their sales floor and waiting area. After that I was sold on using this dealership for any work to be done on my new car, or any parts I may need. Since then I've had regular maintenance done on the car, warranty work, and even used their parts department, and even after that first meeting there this dealership has been nothing but GREAT!

I had service performed at Mike Castrucci CDJR of Cincinnati, OH on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK Sahara 2-door that I had purchased from Mike Castrucci Ford Lincoln in Alexandria, KY on 08/24/2024. The vehicle was transferred from Alexandria to Cincinnati for Air Conditioner service. Sammy Castrucci keep me informed on the progress of all the repairs that were being performed. when the service was completed Sammy Castrucci had the vehicle delivered to my home in Indiana. I want to commend Sammy and all of the service department staff for going above and beyond, great customer service!!

This team has it right. I hate buying cars and I was reminded of it again recently until I found North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I had been shopping various brands and locations to find someone who made this experience personal, efficient, staying custom orientated while keeping my budget in mind. Lucky for us we met Todd! He was right on with helping me finding the RAM truck I wanted. Their inventory is huge do not be fooled my the smaller lot they have at least 2 overflow lots. They also have the best prices compared to other surrounding dealerships. At one point I asked him to bring me over a truck that was outside my budget he did and tried to steer me into the truck that was in my budget, yes you heard me right he did not try to put me in the higher priced truck. Side note I left with the dream truck and higher priced, totally my choice. Then comes finance the dreaded paperwork in the back of my mind I was thinking this is where it is going to suck. I was wrong Walter was very quick and knowledgeable. I spent less then 20 minutes doing paperwork. Amazing..... Fast forward my daughter turns 16 so last weekend I decided to buy her a car guess where we go, you got it Todd. I left with a new JEEP Compass. I would have never returned or even considered buying another car in less than 30 days without the amazing customer service I received a few weeks before. Service department was great too. We heard squeaking from our truck so while shopping for a new Jeep we took the truck to service and they fit us right in fixed the problem with no delays. Who does that on a Saturday I thought for sure I would be making an appointment. Amazing talking to Mike, super friendly and not a robot personality that I am used to at other places. I took my car to get an axle that they recently fixed looked at yesterday. Today, my car has a mass air flow malfunction. Ive had this car since july 2022 and have had multiple issues. Not really sure whats going on in the service department but it really is aggravating putting your trust into the place you purchased your vehicle from only to continue to run into obstacles. This should not be happening considering I havent even had the car for a year.

I took my Ram truck in for a failed manifold gasket. They did a good job repairing it for me. They are always friendly and helpful . The stars are 4 and not 5 because of the price charged. I've been to them twice and both times the cost was at the very high end of the cost spectrum. Near 600.00 in labor alone . It's not an easy gasket to replace but all over the internet the cost to repair is 300 to 500.00. I'm not unhappy with their work , it's just that they leave you feeling that they got every last dime out of you.
