I explained my thoughts and they were timely, actually way ahead of me of not only assessing my old vehicle in service ( who went above and beyond with Myron’s team) but Bryan worked after hours and even picked me up from work to expedite my travels to get back on the road. I’ve come from Florida to work with these guys, in my world, if there’s no trust there’s no relationship, This is my fourth Tahoe purchased through Preston, I have no business wasting my valuable time even to pretend to look elsewhere. Very understanding and listened well. An oil change should not take as long as I waited. Also, I only requested an OIL CHANGE when I scheduled the appt. When it came time to pay, and I heard $ 100 and then some? My mouth opened in ??!!! Dave immediately said he would take care of this descripmacy. I was very happy to hear this. If it was not for Dave, I most likely would stop going here. I have been at this particular Ford dealership for many years and all my vehicles were bought here. I understand they are under new ownership, however, I can take my car anywhere for service. DUE to Dave's customer service, I will continue going there in the future.
