I'm going to start with do your research and make sure - kschalesky
I'm going to start with do your research and make sure you have an experienced sales person. My experience was awful. We were pushed into a vehicle that we weren't 100% sure about. It is a very nice truck, don't get me wrong. We were told they were going to fix certain things and add to it to make it more to what we were looking for. During the whole process the sales Lady (Jules) did not communicate, update, return calls, or texts. When she did the information was incorrect or a lie. She quit responding all together after them having the truck for 2 days. I had to call daily to get updates on the truck from the service department. Fight for an oil change, it showed almost 1,000 miles overdue. Had to fight for them to do the back brakes, should not be shot at 50,000 miles. We were ready to wash our hands of the truck and the dealership due to miscommunication and lies from the sales lady. They had our truck for 5 days when asked why it wasn't done they said the person working on it was out sick. Being a dealership you would think they would have more than 1 person to do repairs. We were told verbally that a complete brake job was being done (not the case) They also did a bedliner, replaced the broken grill and detail. The truck was filthy and I was under the impression they did that BEFORE they try to sell a vehicle. We FINALLY got our truck back, well the detail was awful, still dirt in vents stains on seats. Sticky stuff on center counsel. I was told by a different sales agent to bring it back when it's dirty again and they will do another detail for free. After everything i don't think we will be back. They do have a few great sales people who did help us. The one we had was terrible.
