Failed to fix head gasket spent 1300 on other services cause I was told that the thermostat for the electric fan was it and that’s why it was overheated. Even though I told them specifically to check to m cause I was told that the thermostat for the electric fan was it and that’s why it was overheated. Even though I told them specifically to check to make sure the head gasket wasn’t blown. Not even three minutes away from the dealership, the car was overheating. There’s no way 2of services could’ve been performed without the mechanic, knowing it was overheating. Why performing the services. Mechanic also failed to notice extremely loud exhaust manifold leak on the driver side! So now I get to replace the head gasket myself! More

Called in the middle of the afternoon and was able to get an appointment mid-morning the next day.
