Car Mis-represented, I talked to salesman over the phone. He drove it, and told me it was sound (I have a text from him) and sent pictures of rust by wheel wells. He knew I'd have to drive it across 3 states to get it home. Based on what he said and the carfax, I put a deposit down which he indicated would be returned if the car was mis-represented. I gave him my daughter's name as a co-buyer as she lives close enough she and her husband could check the car out. She and her husband took it on a test drive. The windshield is broken all the way across about 8" from the bottom - enough to obstruct the view making it illegal to drive. The undercarriage is rusted so badly it affects the structure. It shook horribly going 70 mph, indicating bad motor mounts. The driver's side mirror is cloudy and obstructed. There is a hole in the seat where the emblem was cut out. There is oil residue in the antifreeze/coolant fluid. The intake gaskets are leaking. The driver's door handle is broken. The paint is chipped and scratched. The heater on the passenger side won't work unless it's turned up to 90. The airbag light stayed on the whole time of the test drive. There is deep corrosion on the hood latch. They won't refund deposit. The car was grossly mis-represented and belongs in the Junkyard! More

I am very unsatisfied with this dealership. I bought a car August 24, 2026. I was so excited about the car from looking at the inside of it. I never pay attention on the outside of it especially the passenger side, Two days later I realized that on the passenger side of the car tire had an issue it was damaged, the tire light came on after a day of driving the vehicle , I took the car back to the dealership they checked their tires and told me pressure was low, I than decided to drive on the highway to what other lights will com on , after driving 39 minutes the check engine light came on, I took the vehicle back to the dealership the used car sales manager told me they won’t be responsible for the fixing of the vehicle, that I should pay for it, I literally bought this vehicle it hasn’t been two weeks , the tires they did nothing about it either, I’m stick with this car that I’m financing I was treaded very poorly and unfairly. The used car manager said they’re not gonna fix the car so guys be aware when you purchase a vehicle from this dealership make sure you check everything before taking the vehicle home. Don’t be too excited and you’re gonna end up like me. Please check your car before you take it home. I had a very terrible experience, especially with the used car sales manager. I am so disappointed. . More
