I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Haley! Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to figure out payments, options, financing, and everything else that comes along with it. Haley made the entire experience feel so much easier. She never made me feel pressured or like I was just another customer trying to make a sale. She actually took the time to listen to what I wanted, understand my situation, and work with me to find options that made sense. What really stood out to me was how determined Haley was to help me get into the right vehicle. Whenever we came across an obstacle or something that could have made the process more difficult, she didn’t just give up or tell me it couldn’t be done. She worked through it, looked at different options, and helped find a way around the obstacles. She was constantly looking for solutions instead of problems. She gave me different options and made sure I understood what I was looking at rather than rushing me into a decision. I really appreciated that because I wanted to feel confident about the car I was purchasing, and Haley made sure I had the information I needed. Even throughout the entire process, she stayed patient, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I never felt like she was trying to push me into something just because it benefited her. It felt like she actually wanted to see me leave happy with a car that I was excited about. And I DID! I drove away today in a brand-new car, and I couldn’t be happier. 🚗❤️ Haley absolutely did not let me down. She stuck with me through the process, helped me navigate the obstacles, gave me options, answered my questions, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Initial thoughts were the sale was quite lengthy and they wouldn't negotiate on the price, only on the payments. Also i was told they have the best rates in town. I made one phone call (after the sale) to my local small town bank and was offered a much better rate. We took our brand new Durango to whitefish, MT for vacation. 2 hours outside of Whitefish the Transmission went out of the vehicle. we managed to get it to the dealership in Whitefish, where they got it in immediately to look at it. I asked my Corwin sales rep Haley if they would cover a rental car for the time being. She said her manager said no. I would have to deal directly with Stellantis. During this process i have messaged the sales manager a couple times and have gotten no response. Sales rep never once reached back out to see how our situation is going. We ended up having to rent a mini van for $400 to get home and Dodge authorized us for $50 for a rental. The Service department in Whitefish has been awesome to deal with, very helpful and understanding. Corwin who we bought it from seemingly has no responsibility after the sale, or any empathy what so ever. This whole experience has been frustrating to say the least. Our vehicle is still in Montana 1000 miles from home, and we are being told it could be between 2 weeks and a month before the new transmission arrives. It has been there since march 9th.
