We drove 3 hrs to pick up the car we purchased, Arrived back home ( 3 hrs away) noticed there was no floor mats, called dealership , Said they would get back with us, after 3 day someone TEXTED back, And a back home ( 3 hrs away) noticed there was no floor mats, called dealership , Said they would get back with us, after 3 day someone TEXTED back, And asked us if we would be back in the area soon, He’ll no it’s 3 hrs away! Didn’t seem concerned at all about what happened, said they couldn’t ship them to us for some odd reason, We are so disappointed with this place, lack of customer service concern, As it was their mistake not ours , and they want us to come and get what they forgot to put in car! Will never buy anything from them again More

Awesome to work with. Salesman was great and finance guy was very easy tow work with. Service team is also great, extremely helpful. Only complaint would be with detailing, was very dirty on test drive and I mentioned it so it got a quick wipe down before we left. Moved the seats around when we got home and there was old candy and gum from the previous owners so I had to vacuum under all the seats. Also there are coins in the air vent. More
