Dear Mr. Hickman, I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Lasure; service advisor, last month. After visiting many dealerships, Jordan listened to my plea and had no issue assisting me in finding a solution to repair my 2005 Chevrolet SSR Pickup Truck. He introduced me to one of your mechanics that was familiar with this classic vehicle. His knowledge of and expert troubleshooting was impressive to say the least. Jordan is an excellent communicator who kept me informed during repairs. I picked up my vehicle better then I left it. I did this review because Jordan wouldn’t let me walk away unsatisfied. His can do attitude won me over immediately! Everyone in the service department was professional and treated me with respect every time I visited service. I felt like a new truck owner, but knowing Chevrolet still has a 19 year old truck on the road is a true testimonial they build great vehicles. I just got my 4th CX-5 in 10 years - all from Mazda of South Charlotte. Taylor was great to work with. I arrived at the dealership at 845 am on a Saturday for an oil change/tire rotation on my leased 2022 CX-5 with the intention to talk to someone about turning the car in early and getting into a 2025 (because I love having new tech!). Taylor listened to exactly what I wanted in order to make it happen that day and I was driving away in my new CX-5 around noon.

My 2022 Tundra had a recall on the engine. I met with Billy Carroll who assisted me upon arrival to address my vehicle issues, I let him know that Matt the service manager had contacted me about my vehicle recalls. Billy introduced me to Matt, the manager of service. When I met him, he explained what would happen and provided me the time it would take to complete the work. He had a listening ear to another concern I had about plastic Toyota was using on parts of the seat, which everyone with a 2022 Tundra is aware of. When I picked up my vehicle that issue was taken care of also, to my surprise. I bought the vehicle in Texas but now live in the Carolinas and Scott Clark Toyota will be my go to for service moving forward. All my work was completed in a day and a half.
