He made the ‘dreaded’ car shopping experience an enjoyable one! I appreciated his approach to me, and his work to help me find a good option. I cannot rate Abdul highly enough! I also want to give kudos to Leo, the financial person who helped me navigate through all the paperwork in an efficient manner. Showroom very roomy and spacious. Staff very professional and friendly. Greeted promptly and professionally. Directed to our Sales agent Logan Bors. Logan is an outstanding salesman. On our first contact online, Logan was very responsive. Came up on an initial visit to see a Yukon we had found online, but didn't have captains chairs in second row. So Logan followed up a few days later and noted the a recent vehicle had been traded in that met all of our requirements. Follow up by Logan led to our return and ultimately purchasing the 2018 Yukon Denali that met our expectations. We were able to finalize the transaction and bought the vehicle. Stephen in the finance office was extremely helpful and professional. Transaction was smooth and quick We came from Columbia SC to purchase. Thanks to Logan and his follow up and calls regarding vehicle availability. Would highly recommend Randy Marion Buick GMC!

Dear Mr. Hickman, I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Lasure; service advisor, last month. After visiting many dealerships, Jordan listened to my plea and had no issue assisting me in finding a solution to repair my 2005 Chevrolet SSR Pickup Truck. He introduced me to one of your mechanics that was familiar with this classic vehicle. His knowledge of and expert troubleshooting was impressive to say the least. Jordan is an excellent communicator who kept me informed during repairs. I picked up my vehicle better then I left it. I did this review because Jordan wouldn’t let me walk away unsatisfied. His can do attitude won me over immediately! Everyone in the service department was professional and treated me with respect every time I visited service. I felt like a new truck owner, but knowing Chevrolet still has a 19 year old truck on the road is a true testimonial they build great vehicles. My son is at App State and his battery died. While Boone Jeep doesn’t offer road side assistance, they identified a company who does. He was able to get his car started, and Boone Jeep was able to install a new battery with 60 minutes. GREAT SERVICE THAT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

I went to South Charlotte Mazda today and I was not prepared mentally to purchase a car. I wanted to see what I would get for my trade in. I met with Taylor who sat down with me to see what I was interested in and after we went out to look at cars, she patiently went over all kinds of financing options for me. Taylor was honest and straight forward (checking in with her manager at times) she gained my TRUST, and I knew I was in the right hands.
