The dealership was clean and the cars looked beautiful upon pulling into the lot. We stepped into the showroom and a sales associate was called to help up and was available right away to assist. Kathy listened to what we were interested in and moved things along quickly. She listened to where we were at in our journey and picked an appropriate vehicle for us to try. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She did NOT start calling us as soon as we pulled off the lot to digest what we'd just learned - we appreciate that more than you know. Thank you for being considerate, Kathy. We came back again to test drive to help make our final decision. Kathy was very kind and accommodating and we ultimately made a deal and picked up our new Pathfinder a couple of days later. Really appreciate the low pressure sales. Also, found it very odd that sales associates are required to send videos. That is the only thing would get rid of. Trust your sales people to read people and help them - they're good at that :) More
