I had a really great experience with Jack Brice. He stayed with us from beginning to the end of the process. My only complaint is that I purchased a Premium Accent and now I am supposed to pay a chump charge for a subscription to get Remote start, which comes as a standard option on all other cars. What does the word premium do? It is not enough that I pay for the vehicle and ongoing service but a subscription?
