Very low pressure and straight forward purchase. only minor confusion is on if I made the best decision on handling the title registration on my own. Thought I was getting a title to take to SC DMV. Not sure if I'm getting an in state or out of state title sent to me. Didn't seem clear, but that could just be me not fully understanding. Everything else was good and we love the car.

While picking up my car in the service area, I wandered into the Ferrari side of the dealership to see what was available in inventory. I was instantly greeted by Tony, who immediately grabbed the key to a beautiful 296 displayed in the showroom. I wasn't intending on buying a car, but after going through the car's features, I was sold. We went over the numbers in complete transparency, no games, gimmicks, or drama. Whole process took about an hour, and I returned 3 days later to pick up my dream car once the logistics worked out. Tony was a perfect professional, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase from Foreign Cars Charlotte. Thanks again! (Ferrari wasn't listed, chose alfa to complete this survey)

We visited Subaru, Honda, Toyota and Volkswagon on Saturday and though Mazda seemed short staffed and we had a longer wait at Madza to get waited on, getting Katt as our salesperson made up for that!
