This is my fifth Subaru Forrester and the third one I’ve leased from Garcia in ABQ. He makes the entire process easy and pain-free. I live in Santa Fe, but Garcia Subaru North in ABQ is worth going south an hour. Ray has become a friend — and he makes sure everything happens as I want it. My husband and I got to know Ray six years ago, and Dick really liked dealing with him. As a widow, he has treated me with all the courtesy one could want — and more — since Dick died. I trust Ray, and that’s important to me. Plus, I love everything about my Subaru. When I need service, I appreciate the convenience of the Santa Fe dealer, but I will never lease or buy from anyone but Ray at Garcia North. I’ve driven Lexus and Mercedes vehicles over many years, but I have to say that my many Subarus’ performance has been a real pleasure. The car just fits me somehow. Thank you, Ray.

I visited Capitol Ford just to look at the new 2024 F-150s. I had one that I wanted to look at and Jaime Morales greeted me and brought it for me to look over and test drive. Jaime was very knowledgeable with all the new features of the 2024 F-150 which made it easy for me to compare to my 2015 F-150. Jaime was great throughout the negotiation process and never pushed the sale like most car salesman. Greg Baca came out and give me what I wanted for my trade in and a smoking deal on the new truck that I could not pass up. I highly recommend Capitol Ford as they were much easier to work with then some of the Ford Dealers in Albuquerque. I will definitely reach out to Capitol Ford when it’s time to look at a new Ford vehicle in the future.

My husband and I were very pleased with our Oct 2024 experience at Larry Miller Hyundai Albuquerque while purchasing a used 2022 Honda CRV Touring. We received a prompt reply to our inquiry about the vehicle and then excellent service from Sales Associate David Piazza. He greeted us when we arrived for our appointment to test drive the vehicle, was patient while we examined the vehicle, and encouraged us to take our time while accompanying us during the test drive. Since the finance director was busy with other customers, our wait time to complete the transaction was longer than expected. Sales Manager Dawson Turney apologized for the wait and offered to compensate us for the inconvenience by providing a free tank of gas when we were due for a refill. I contacted David Piazza when I was ready to fill the tank and let him know my ETA. He greeted me at the car, rode to the gas station with me, and filled the tank. Once again, he was very courteous. We also had a positive experience with Finance Director Elvis Momlanyuy. We told him up front that we weren’t interested in any of the service plans. He didn’t pressure us in any way and quickly provided the opt out forms. My husband and I would recommend Sales Associate David Piazza to friends, and we wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again if we needed to purchase another vehicle.

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley & Larry H. Miller Jeep! My father gave us his 2020 Jeep Cherokee before he passed away this year. I love the vehicle so much but mostly because it’s a part of my dad. When the service 4x4 light came on we were very concerned. My husband took it in to the local dealership and met Trent Paisley who took it right in and through a series of tests found that the PTU had premature wearing and needed to be replaced. The part alone is $1920.. When we picked it up today and there was no charge, I about cried tears of joy! The power train warranty was still good and it paid for the complete repair. We have our great gift back and are driving on cloud nine! Thank you Trent Paisley!!!
