MuCullough was the guy that was making sure we were taken care of and worked hard and patiently to get us what we were looking for. Mike was the GM and so courteous as well, like the rest of the staff. Joes was our finance guy and I’ve never experienced an F&I guy like him. I’ve never experienced such amazing service as I did from this team.

Called for an appointment, told service department what needed checking and the recall number, etc. Had two other issues that needed to be looked at. Told them if I had to leave it I would need a rental car, which I booked for two days, which is when they told me I could pick it up. Two days after dropping off, went back to dealership. They had not even looked at it nor had they handled the recall on the vehicle. Beyond mad and out two days of rental, I asked why hadn't they at least called me and let me know what was going on and allowed me to make the decision about keeping the rental until completed. The reply was, "We are not sure with more time that we could have gotten to it anyway." Why did they allow me to make an appointment and rent a car, etc.? Worst customer service, worst dealership experience. worst overall experience with any dealership or mechanic.

With being previous Ford and Honda owners, and with the availability of new vehicles hard to find at a reasonable price in today’s market and economy. Braden and Miguel especially helped be patient with my situation with the recent passing of my husband Russell. Casa Auto really understood the meaning how important family is and I was hesitant at first to do stuff by myself, but with the help of family, neighbors, and the friendly staff at Casa Auotplex helped every step of the way even if it took a month or two to finalize everything. My husband and I were very pleased with our Oct 2024 experience at Larry Miller Hyundai Albuquerque while purchasing a used 2022 Honda CRV Touring. We received a prompt reply to our inquiry about the vehicle and then excellent service from Sales Associate David Piazza. He greeted us when we arrived for our appointment to test drive the vehicle, was patient while we examined the vehicle, and encouraged us to take our time while accompanying us during the test drive. Since the finance director was busy with other customers, our wait time to complete the transaction was longer than expected. Sales Manager Dawson Turney apologized for the wait and offered to compensate us for the inconvenience by providing a free tank of gas when we were due for a refill. I contacted David Piazza when I was ready to fill the tank and let him know my ETA. He greeted me at the car, rode to the gas station with me, and filled the tank. Once again, he was very courteous. We also had a positive experience with Finance Director Elvis Momlanyuy. We told him up front that we weren’t interested in any of the service plans. He didn’t pressure us in any way and quickly provided the opt out forms. My husband and I would recommend Sales Associate David Piazza to friends, and we wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again if we needed to purchase another vehicle.
